Great customer service from discussing the product, to ordering it. Arrived within 2 days of placing the order and my Samsung tablet (new, not refurbished) was over £100 cheaper than some major well known high Street names.

Disappointing Technical Support…
Disappointing Technical Support Experience
I recently purchased an HP ProBook 445 G10 AMD Ryzen, together with a 3-year HP warranty with Next Business Day Response. I was also offered 28 days of complimentary 24/7 Technical Setup Support.
Unfortunately, my experience with the technical setup support was extremely disappointing.
When I encountered an issue with Windows, I initially tried to contact the advertised technical support service. However, the telephone number provided for technical assistance did not appear to be correct, and I had considerable difficulty reaching the appropriate support team.
Once I eventually made contact, I spent several days going through repeated calls and troubleshooting attempts, but the issue remained unresolved. I was advised that the matter had been escalated and that I should receive further contact within a specified timeframe. Despite the service being described as 24/7 support, I did not receive the promised follow-up. Even after waiting for many days, they finally asked me to provide a picture of the issue. But by then, after numerous calls back and forth and considerable time spent, I eventually had to arrange and pay for independent technical assistance to resolve the problem.
Based on my experience, the support service did not meet the standard of responsiveness I would reasonably expect from a service promoted as providing 24/7 technical assistance.

I recently purchased an Apple iPhone 16…
I recently purchased an Apple iPhone 16 128GB 5G Unlocked SIM-free from Laptops Direct. I chose an iPhone as a consequence of becoming disappointed with Samsung Android phones and decided to get on board with Apple, having recently purchased an Apple Mac mini M4 Pro.
To cut a long story short, I'm glad that in doing so I chose Laptops Direct in making the jump.
So far I'm nothing but pleased with my new phone and my choice of vendor. Long may this continue into the near future.

Laptops Direct were good enough
Laptops Direct were good enough, but i question the use of DPD as their courier. The package did not arrive on the day I was originally told, and when it did arrive, the laptop was left on the doorstep whilst my wife was out.
