BOX - Your disaster waiting to happen. DON'T DO IT
Already raised a review telling me people how bad Box are but it's a chance for me to give you even more "how bad they" are updates. 1. Bought a screen 2. it was delivered smashed to smithereens I suspect by DPD 3. Sent all the pictures of the damage and screen 4. Advised Box can't issue a replacement until they damaged one is physically inspected, why I don't know. 5. I packaged up the broken screen and got a message saying DPD would collect this morning 6. DPD never turned up 7. Checked online, DPD said I wasn't here, I work three paces from my front door and have not left my desk all morning, they are lying. 7. So can't return the screen, can't get a replacement, can't get a refund. 8. I'm going to sue BOX. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
UPDATE UPDATE Please ignore Box's reply it'a lie. They attempted only one collection today and DPD never turned up. There has been NO multiple attempts at collection. Just one and DPD never showed up today. Liars!

No idea about manufacturing defects
I received a computer case that had a manufacturing defect. I reached out box on how to get a replacement and they contacted me back about it being a courier damage. All I wanted was them to sort out a replacement.
