I have used Shop app many times and had no issues up till just recently. Through Shop I purchased a pink Era’s Plushie, Taylor Swift Era’s tour, unofficial. I have not received my item or refund. The tracking just sticks at ‘label created’. I have contacted the seller, ‘Plushhie TM’, several times only to get an automated reply saying they will reply soon but then nothing. As I paid the money through Shop I tried to contact them but all you get is ‘contact the seller’!! Well I’ve tried that and they are not responding so I come back to the source, Shop, only to find out they aren’t gonna help me get my money back. I am writing this review as I had trusted Shop until now, probably because I’ve never had a problem before. But when I do need help this is when I find out the true Shop experience. They don’t want to know. So I will contact my bank and for future purchases I will make sure the seller is not associated with payments being made through Shop. I have lost all confidence I had in Shop and wanted to warn people to be careful and aware of the situation if they have any issues with a purchase. To say I’m disappointed with Shop would be an unreasonable. I will be deleting the app and avoiding getting dragged into anything to do with Shop again. Be wary people please.

Being on my own this birthday I did not need a ‘usual/normal size’ birthday cake. But I decided I deserved a treat. I searched and found this seller who had the most perfect idea to suit my needs. Two slices of birthday cake, that I could choose myself from a list of different slices of cake. I settled, after a while, on red velvet and chocolate. The package arrived beautifully wrapped and in excellent condition. It also arrived quicker than I thought as I’d left it to the last minute, as usual. So, in time for my birthday treat, I had this almost too good to eat in it’s beautiful box to open and enjoy, my choice of the two I’d ordered on my birthday. I saved the other slice for another day. These have a really good best before date. Both my choices were very enjoyable and I would definitely buy again. I can’t recommend highly enough. It’s like they thought of everything; people on their own wanting a delicious treat for their special day, or any day, no occasion needed. My first purchase but it won’t be my last.

Bought a basic set of landlines as my old ones had given up. I don’t use my home phone much so I was very happy to get a good brand at a very reasonable price. Arrived within two days. Perfect for my basic needs. Easy to set up. They do what I want them to do and the price was good. I like the chat but didn’t need it this purchase as I found what I was looking for very quickly. I have used chat before and they are very helpful but for this purchase I didn’t need to. Nice to know they are there if needed though. I’m very happy with my phones and the price and delivery.

I was delighted to see that the products I’d ordered were in a ‘better fitting’ box as opposed to unnecessarily large boxes stuffed with brown paper to keep items in place. This method is used by some other companies and it doesn’t work, it just means more packaging to get rid of and usually products are all over the place. I hope other companies take note and follow this method. Everything was available. All arrived perfectly safe in the smaller box. I even got some offers. All in all, I’m very happy with my latest purchase from Boots and the price I paid as compared with another site I looked at. The website loaded very quickly and I found the reviews helpful when buying some items for the first time. Package arrived quickly. No problems whatsoever. If only everything was as easy.

Excellent service! Card arrived very quickly. Easy to ‘personalise' my card. Special card for a 70th birthday. Customer, (me), and recipient of card are very happy.

Hard to find cards that are allegedly 'funny' but really are rude and I wouldn’t send one of these to anyone. Finally found a couple that were okay. Maybe it’s my age but I like traditional cards and remember spending time in shops reading verses before choosing a card. There could be more choice, less non funny cards and those annoying add your own picture cards but, again, it’s probably my age and the younger people like to send these type of cards. I don’t. I know people who have stopped sending cards because of the lack of choice.

Quick delivery. Had to ring customer services and spoke to a lady who couldn’t have been more helpful. Quick and trouble free result. Love my Vax.

I’m so tired of seeing funny/rude cards so I was delighted when I found Moonpig had the choice of traditional cards as well. Arrived very quickly.

Happy with my purchase. Delivered very quickly but in two parcels, so I’m hoping I don’t get charged for the second delivery. Good quality items, a few of which were better than expected. Got a deal on my next order so will be taking advantage of that.

Excellent, as always, which is why I’m a repeat shopper with Julian Charles. The bedding is gorgeous, especially the super soft sheets, which stay soft after washing. Lovely choice of items at very reasonable prices. Would recommend to anyone.

Always good quality products at good prices. Quick delivery. I’ve used Smug many times before and will do so again. I particularly love their pillowcases. I haven’t slept on a ‘normal’ pillowcase since my first one. I even bought one for my sister in law who was very impressed also.

Well here I am again having just purchased my third of these wonderful chargers. Why do I need three? Two were perfectly fine and are nowhere near to needing replacement due to issues with the product. The problem is; this multi charger is so brilliant that when a friend’s grandson was visiting and saw my Native Union charger he was so impressed that he asked to ‘borrow’ one of mine to experience it for himself. Well, he was so impressed that he kept it a little longer than expected and I ordered my third. He’s a student and I’m a soft touch I guess. The fact that younger people aren’t impressed easily, allegedly, just proves how excellent this charger is and I’m a fan of Native Union’s great quality products and assurance they give. I don’t mind the friend’s grandson not wanting to give the ‘loaned’ charger back. I just hope he remembers when he graduates and I know he uses only that charger now so no harm done. I would recommend Native Union to anyone with 100% confidence. The delivery was really quick too so I’m happy I have 2 chargers again. The friend’s grandson is happy he got his by way of an ‘unintended present’. So it’s a win-win for everyone.

I love Julian Charles Home. The quality, price and delivery are all excellent. If you see something you like get it because I’ve missed out on items by ‘dithering’. I love my gorgeous new curtains. The soft bedding I ordered was super soft. My cushions and duvet cover have just arrived and I’m a happy customer. This is my first stop when looking for housewares etc.

Customer service at its best! The lady I spoke to was very helpful, patient and polite. She listened to my reason for calling today and was able to help me and achieve what I wanted. Such a delight to speak to someone instead of pressing numbers, etc. The call was answered in good time. I am very satisfied with the way this call was dealt with. Thank you.

So easy to book a collection. I hadn’t put the bags outside as it had rained that day but the driver came and took them from me; which was a big help as I have mobility problems. All done on time and stress free. If you have no way of getting to a charity shop etc then this service is a God send. So happy with the service that I’ve already booked my next collection. It’s nice to know the items will be of use and not just destroyed at a skip. Would recommend to anyone.

I wanted to speak to customer services; to double check something. The lady I spoke to was so patient, understanding and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed. She answered my question and was very polite and professional. If this is the standard for all customer service staff then I am very happy with my choice of Admiral for my home insurance. I wasn’t waiting long to be connected to customer services and wasn’t tortured by music! I would say a very good start and I finished the call with a better, clearer understanding of my reason for calling.

Tried other sites and got nowhere! Tried Go Compare, despite hating the adverts, found the site to be very helpful and well designed. Job done!
