Thank goodness for Yodel! I’ve had really bad experiences with two other courier services in the last few months and I now ask which courier is used before ordering online. Yodel were very prompt, professional and polite. This is how all couriers should be. Simply, the best.

Excellent service, as always. Customer services so helpful in helping to choose the best product for my use. I love the option to see a customer service person and ask their advice, I also love that they can hear me but not see me. Arrived exactly on time.

Tracked my parcel all day. It showed the courier had it at 12.15 and would be delivered that day. I kept checking the tracking and it never changed. I downloaded another couple of parcel tracking apps and was surprised to see that they showed that at 12.19, only 4 minutes after the Hermes app told me the courier had it and it was on its way, the other apps both showed that at 12.19 the parcel was not delivered due to it being damaged. Your app is no use and the help bot asks the same questions over and over again which is of no help as it’s the same information that is shown on the useless app. Where is my parcel and how do I get refunded for it. Not to mention two days of waiting and watching for every car as my intercom isn’t working and although I had put a note on the entrance door to the flats I live in I was worried about missing delivery. A delivery that was deemed unfit to deliver by your courier at 12.19 but which I wasn’t made aware of until I downloaded the two other parcel tracking apps. Very disappointed with Hermes and the app is a waste of space.

First time dealing with LookFantastic. Great choice of products. I had placed two separate orders. The first was chosen date delivery. It was to be delivered by Hermes. I was tracking this order and it came to an abrupt end with 'parcel not delivered due to damage'. I never saw the parcel and would have liked the choice of accepting the parcel or at the very least seeing it was damaged. I couldn’t get hold of anybody at Hermes so I had to ring LookFantastic for help. I spoke to a very helpful and professional man called Hassan who listened to my problem with Hermes and Hassan sorted the issue out over that one phone call. I am confident that my parcel will be delivered, as arranged by Hassan, on the date Hassan specified and because it’s not Hermes delivering it I feel better about actually getting my parcel. Thank you for your help Hassan.

This is the best programme I have found to learn a new language. I like the way the programme is put together and find it fun to learn. I would highly recommend Babbel to anyone.
