Still waiting on my order ordered on 10/08/26 doubtful il receive it more like another scam from china wish id read these reviews before I made order on shop

Appears to be a fraud company of a similar app called shop as well . Zero from me lost £88 .

I have spent hours on their web site
Trying to change my address. Nothing there but email and sizes of clothing preference. I've emailed them I've tried to find a number
Nothing. I will start buying only from retailers that dont use shop. Their communication is terrible.

It's a bit worrying when you receive an email from SHOP which includes items you have only looked at - some items were from places I bought from previously and another item wasn't purchased from at all. I had only given my email to this company to receive their newsletter but somehow SHOP had details of what I had looked at. Really worrying from a privacy aspect.

This is a outdated App. There is no option to cancel order but to contact the provider/business . There should be a "0" rating for "Buyer Beware".
I prefer Afterpay because it holds all parties accountable.

Ordered from multiple stores on this app that just never responded to any emails or sent any of my items. Always have to get my bank involved because Shop themselves are negligent and just don't really care to do anything to help. Why even allow shops like this on your platform at all? Terrible business honestly.

Paid for a 2 X 8s battery capacity RC car that was supposed to be an 8th scale electric truggy/monster truck and received a 1/14th scale piece of junk. Son was very disappointed at what was delivered, had to let him use my truggy for racing. Totalling misleading advertisement still active on this site. Do not buy anything from these scammers

You will get scammed, 90% of the time!! Needs investigating.

DO NOT USE SHOP!!!!!!! I have receipts and all for my CompTIA exams and CompTia has no information on me at all. Over 400.00 gone down the drain. I have been on the phone and chats for days trying to get help and no one on either side could help me. Money is gone.

Item never received and ignored when trying to get it sorted. Waste of time.

Purchased from SP Nysperra through shopify. Somehow they knew my card details although I did not give them. All I received was a plastic envelope from China with a slip of paper with Best Wishes on it. When I tried to report this to SHOP they denied any responsibility. I would suggest that on line organisations like ebay and amazon should be used for purchases as payments through them are insured against fraud unlike SHOP/SHOPIFY.

Billed me for items that I had paid for already on Sweatband. But not only that tried to bill twice the price due to sweatband and tried to charge £149 for a warranty that came free with the treadmill purchased. If I had been gullible I could have paid £193.50 that they had no right to charge. A pointless and poor app.

I would give this the worst review possible. Their pop up was on a website I was ordering from and I did not realize they are a third party app and now having difficulty canceling them and deleting my credit card and personal information. Very difficult. They do other send the code to cancel, site will not accept my phone number and now had to send message to support to cancel and have not heard back. They are a scam of a company and I will be very careful next time as I did not realize they were holding my information

Purchased 2 items through shop although I didn't want to use this method but it happened . Never received items requested shop to step in for refund unfortunately they was of no help unlike ebay where there's money protection shop don't work this way .I'm now having to go through my bank to get the money back from the 2 scammers I purchased from.in future i will make it clear never to use shop again just like I never asked for shop as my payment in 1st place .lesson learnt

Delivery Expected Today - no tracking number, no info on what delivery service is being used and of course no delivery today. This Prime House Direct time sensitive order did not escape a good spanking from this customer. Shop has far to go since the reason their in business is to supply as much info to the customer that is essential. They have failed and I will not do business with any vendor that uses this lack of information industry.

I ordered from shop . Both orders ended up coming from china . Long delays and both products were junk . Shop deals with fraudulent companies that use an address in us but actually ship from china . Shop doesn't make stand behind return policies . After multiple emails and correspondence nothing gets resolved you end up with no return or refund . I would suggest not buying anything thru shop .

Ordered some garden furniture from a garden centre company and discovered that the payment had been made through Shop.app. Purchases went through OK but my profile on the app was not wanted so I tried to delete it. They sent a verification code to the number recorded in my profile details but it was never received. The AI powered help "agent" was useless in this case and there is no back-up human agent that I can find. If they exist then they are very well hidden. Very frustrated.

The SHOP app displays Warranty and money back guarantee by the seller. It does not check if sellers stand by their warranty.
Do not trust the items that are sold with 30 day money back guarantee or extended warranty! they are only words and the Window cleaning robot I assumed was from an Australian website as it was made to look that way! it was from a Chinese website that has no intention of honoring Money back guarantee against faulty goods or 30 day money back. Buyer beware on SHOP app. I will use PayPal in future that supports the customer product!

I decided to try using the app to buy a specific item, HUGE MISTAKE! I was sent a cheap knockoff of the product, the only way to receive a refund from the seller is through an unverified email account, and Shop has made it impossible for me to report the retailer as fraud. I finally had to contact my bank and spend 30 minutes on the phone to get a refund. I’ve wasted over an hour on this, and now I have to scramble to find a new birthday present for my sister. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE $10 DISCOUNT I WAS GIVEN FOR PURCHASING THROUGH THE APP!
