My epicooler took over a month to arrive and when it did I found it was faulty. I tried 5 or 6 times to resolve the problem. The first day I was told that I was NOT on the system. The second day I tried several times but the staff hung up on me, usually while I was still talking to them.
I finished up taking my case to pay pal to resolve.

The Epicooler took a long time to arrive and when it did, I was very disappointed with the performance as it worked no better than an ordinary fan and there was a missing remote control

I bought this so called Air- Conditioning unit from them due to all the sales hype on Social media, I paid for it via PayPal over a month went by with various delaying excuses, then the BBC news released an article saying it was a Scam and everyone was being warned not to be conned into buying these Fake units.
I contacted the company several times to cancel my purchase, to which they responded ( Possibly AI responces) That they would progress my concerns to a supervisor. So I contacted PayPal who refunded my money within 3 days. On the Monday after I was paid the unit arrived, so I opened to box and tested it out and yes it's a useless fan heater with a fan only option.
I've been contacted daily ( with similar worded emails possible AI generated) asking me to send it back for a full refund after they check it to ensure it's not been damaged by me and I was to pay for the cost of postage. I've replied to them 4 times now explaining they can have it back if they send me a post paid label or send me the money for the postage, but their next email doesn't make any referance to my reply and so it continues.
So in short I have the Fake Air- Conditioning unit ( Fan Heater) I'm not out of pocket as PayPal have paid me in full, and am now ignoring all their emails since they are not addressing my requests, and will hold on to the unit until they do or send me the postage to return it to them.

The response was immediate and I was satisfied with their immediate costumer communication.

I have yet to have a clear understanding of the returm process that I have requested. I am getting a survey on experience before you are doing anything to make this right. Once you can make me whole, I will be happy to take another survey

This item is horrible! Biggest scam ever! Blows warn air. Absolutely not an air-conditioning unit.!!! cheap material.
Difficult pricey return practices.

DO NOT PURCHASE! The product took over a month to arrive and arrived cracked and damaged. I have been communicating back and forth with customer service, sent pictures, am told one thing and then another-and they refuse to process any sort of refund!!

I was lead to believe this item could cool a room in a very short time frame similar to an air conditioner without the expense. It did not cool a small bathroom after 2 hours of use. This is not at all what I expected.

This item does not have the ability to cool a room that isn't already cooled by air conditioning. It may blow existing air but it can not reduce the air temperature.

I was not at all pleased with my purchase, due to items were not what I was in need they had one fan speed and the area in which was needed for cooling was only covering just about two feet from unit, the control did not allow for temperature to come down or go up properly.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Not only does the box say it's a heater, the instructions make NO mention of it cooling. This thing wouldn't cool a closet. It's useless for cooling. It also took 5 weeks to be delivered. I wasted my money; don't waste yours.

Purchased epi cooler AC products at the beginning of June.First thing that happened when I placed the order something went wrong with the website when I went to pay so I tried again to which I found.I ordered 2x AC units and a neck cooler but when I found that an order had been placed for 4 AC units I thought I'd give 2 of them to my elderly parents as a gift.The neck cooler turned up pretty much when I should of received my order but the packaging was absolute terrible like it had already been opened before suggesting it may of been used before. On enquiring where the rest of my order was I was told that sometimes the orders don't nessaceraly turn up all together and I could receive my order order on separate deliveries.On waiting a little while longer I emailed them again and they replied back saying that due to high demand it might take a while to receive the rest of my order. On receiving the rest of my order which was theee to four weeks late,I opened on of the AC units which again the packaging wasn't great and tried it out for which was no better than any electric fan that I already had. The other problem was that the cable was too short so if they were any good and I decided to keep them, once fixed to the wall I would have to of plugged them into an extension lead or have new electric sockets fitted closer.As I don't want to keep them I asked for a full refund which is roughly about £450 I was told to send them back I would incur the cost of the postage but they would give me a refund of roughly £115 if I was to keep them.Total scam and these people are playing on what people are trying to do to cook down during hot weather spells so I advise people to keep their money in their pockets and don't deal with epicooler.

It was fine had no issues

Waited 3 weeks for this to be delivered. The unit is very basic no branding. The amount of cool air produced is pathetic. I could keep cooler with a battery hand held fan. At over £100 this is a total joke and should be banned from advertisements.

Was good. The lady on phone was very nice.

After made an order, I heard nothing, no answer and no confirmation. After 3 weeks I made a new contact. From that moment the contact has been very good and direct.

Ordered June 22 2026. 30 days and no delivery. Support has been little to NO results. They keep saying to be patient, but will not provide shipping or tracking information. I keep getting marketing to purchase more at discounts since I'd be a return customer.
They also requested my phone number for "tracking purposes" which has nothing to do with my order or tracking. Pretty flaky business and I cannot comment on product since I am doubting even receiving my order.
