They are completely fraud, i bought coldeez. It was small fan blowing. They deduct £93.97 instead of £60. I ask for my refund. They ask me to post back the item coldeez, and it was in china. I paid £27 to send the item. They did not and never refund my money. They are fraud. They should be arrested. I have lots of email for evidence. No one deserve to be fraud by this company. Coldeez is fraud.

Its a cold blower for you to use on yourself...not a chance in hell it can cool a room...would struggle to cool my downstairs toilet....waste of money,,, misleading sales info and i feel ripped off...don't waste your money

Please don't purchase this...You won't receive a air conditioning unit that has a water reserve ! - you will receive a small standard insignificant fan.
I purchased two Coldeez units plus two warranty. I was extremely lucky that I made payment by PayPal, once I realised this product was not as advertised I opened a case in PayPal against Coldeez and thankfully I have been refunded.

I don't even want to give this item 1 star. I ordered 3 paying £150 and £24 postage. The coolers are lightweight plastic fans that are completely useless in cooling my campervan ,which was the reason I bought).very very annoyed and disappointed

Do not buy these fans it is a complete con. It doesn’t cool a room down and you can’t return it without them charging $50-80 back to China! BEWARE that it does not take you to a billing page to review your order they just take your money! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The Company is not at all customer friendly, I returned the product but they refuse to collect any returns from the parcel company and its going to cost me extra as parcel co will charge us for disposing the returns to their company address

Nothing but a cheap fan at an expensive price. Delivered from china after the 30 day return window. These traders need to be shut down very dishonest people

Not worth the money need to be sat close to really feel any benefit. Tried to return and was offered £7 to keep it then £15. So I would definitely not recommend buying this item!!!!!

Misadvertised,mis-sold goods.A cheap fan purported to be a new type of cooling system designed by a British engineer.
Half price on the official website,+ p& p,is expensive.
The person?/company? does not want to honour its stated 30days refund policy.
I returned the items,using tracked mail,as instructed.
Now I've been offered just £13 to keep the 2 fans for which I paid £136 ( including p& p)despite them having ben returned.
I think I'll health prevented me from realising this is scam/fraud.
There are similar adverts + good reviews for "innovative" air conditioning units,etc but they all seem to be a scam,possibly by the sam people.

Was advertised as a room cooler, ads showed a unit with plumbing in it and cooling.

A scam. It's simply a battery powered fan. There is no cooling in the product, and as a fan it is way overpriced.

Its a FAN! Full stop. JUST a fan.
Nonsense sales blurb. I bought through Paypal to make sure I can get a refund as it was most likely just a set of nonsense claims, and it turns out, it is just that.

Well this NORMAL fan is absolutely rubbish. Three different fan speeds and it’s still rubbish it says cools a room down in minutes, I’m still waiting for it to cool as it turns it’s self off after 20 minutes.

Awful just blows air about flashy advertising with no substance

Am 87 years of age with health condition of overheating due to blood problem. Ordered this as write up sounded exactly what I needed. Waste of money. On highest speed runs for about 90 mins max then needs recharge. Not even blowing really cold air. Shd not be allowed to advertise it as an air conditioner. Don’t get sucked in. It’s a fan.

Disaster. I got suckered by the fake advertising on Facebook. I bought two. One actually works, but it is only the equivalent of a low grade fan. It’s definitely not a substitute for any type of air conditioning. The rechargeable battery lasts about an hour. The second one stopped working completely on day two.
Sad.

Unit offered nothing more the a cheaper fan, definitely not as described just cold air not air conditioning as promised.
