It’s always a relief when I order something online and discover that the delivery will be from DPD. This is the only national delivery company that gets it right first time and always with friendly helpful drivers. The service is fast, friendly and reliable.

I still haven’t received my goods. Apparently my delivery is with Evri where it has now been for a week. Very disappointed.
Took a call from Colin 3 days ago assuring me of a priority guaranteed next day delivery and a discount for my inconvenience. I’ve received my discount but still haven’t received my delivery! Unbelievably disappointed!
I will now request a full refund and get my new towels from a more reliable source.

I usually use Funky Pigeon for my cards and had created one for this occasion but their delivery timeframe was too late so a friend recommended Moonpig. Thank goodness, Moonpig saved the day and my card and present was delivered on time! The app is so easy to navigate and I’ll definitely be using Moonpig from now on!

I bought a Julian Bowen dressing table from Worldstores last year and the experience was so excellent that when I wanted a new bookcase, they were the obvious choice... and I wasn't disappointed! Excellent service, prompt and efficient delivery by superb delivery men. Fast feedback requested to make sure all was well and all this on top of excellent value for money! The only thing that they are occasionally beaten on is price which is why I bought my matching nest of tables from another retailer. I would always check them out though as in all other areas they are unbeatable!

I haven't yet received my 'Next Day Delivery' phone despite placing my order in plenty of time yesterday. I'm also not impressed that I can't arrange for it to be delivered to my workplace, despite phoning up to advise that there is nobody available to take delivery of the phone at home. I'm told that there has to be a failed delivery so that I can arrange to collect it... Why? That's just madness! I phoned customer services this evening (which was shut) and discovered that the status of my order is 'on the next stage(?) but not yet dispatched!
