We always buy JR pet products and surprisingly had an issue with a product, I contacted customer services and they rectified this immediately, I cannot fault the service and the quality of the products. Our dog loves all JR products and goes crazy for them, a lovely variety of flavours and treats to keep our dog happy and rewarded. Thank you

My two golden retrievers love every single thing I buy from JR Pets.

In April I ordered Ostrich sticks as normal but when they arrived they were light cream colour instead of dark brown. Also quite soft for my dogs to eat not crunchy. I queried this and they said it depends on whether it's breast meat or leg meat.
I have ordered again this time they are dark brown, and very crunchy. They are no longer round sticks but half the thickness. So some dogs may eat them quicker. The free tin of kangeroo meat is a quarter empty so I wouldn't actually buy that product.

Delivery was fast . Also JR products are flexible as my dog does not it chicken JR are willing to substitute in their bundle packs .

I'm not sure what is happening with the meat sticks - we order the 1kg box and the last 2 batches, the sticks have been much drier...I don't know whether they're cooked or air dried but I think there's been a change in this area - and it's for the worse. We've had our GSD on these for a number of years but we're now thinking of looking elsewhere. I will say he's still eating them no problem - but he drinks more afterwards and they just don't seem as appealing.
Also his last ostrich knuckle was much blacker than previous as if it's been air dried for too long. I haven't given it to our dog yet. If he still likes it then I will continue to purchase this.
As I say ...not as happy as I have been, which is a shame as generally I have always considered JR Pet products a good company with high quality treats. I hope this review gives them an opportunity to look into their processes.

I have the fussiest dog on the planet. When I say I think we have tried every single brand, that is no joke. My dog absolutely loves this food. He gets excited for meal times and licks his bowl clean. He also loves the 100% meat sticks. Lots of variety and delivered very quickly. Once they were out of stock of something and rather than just throwing something else in, they asked what I wanted. I love that it has a high meat content and contains nothing that my boy shouldn't have to stay happy and healthy. Great service. I will continue to use and would definitely recommend them to others.

JR products are good value for money and the quality is excellent. My dog has loved every one of the different products he has had over the last 3 years. I find the website easy to use, the products are as described, appropriate packaging and prompt delivery.

We buy all our treats from here as the ingredients are clear and the price is great. Incredible customer service, quick to reply and offer solutions like changing a particular flavour my dog is allergic to in a bundle deal. We will always order from here :)

Great products at reasonable prices arriving exactly when we were expecting it

The Paté Tubes are so practical to use and my Pointer loves the flavours.
I love the fact that, once open, they are fine in the fridge for a few days. Then, if you want a change or there’s too much, you can chop up the rest of the tube and pop it into the freezer. I make up bags of treats and get a bag out the night before I need them.
My dog and I would recommend them.
