We did the Milan - St Moritz Bernini Train ride, they changed the pick up from Milan by 2 hours to 9am which meant it was dark on the Bernini train and we couldn’t see anything. Felt like a rip off. It’s a long day, most of it on the the coach, stopped off in a roadside cafe, sold mostly pastries and cake, then on to St Moritz, no toilet on the coach, was told there would be, and first stop was 2 and half hours. Takes around 3-3.5 hours from Milan to St Moritz, where you pick up the train. Train ride was 2.5 hours, we boarded at around 4.15 ish, it was dark an hour later, so couldn’t see out of the window - pitch black. Then 2.5 hours back from Torino . Wouldn’t book again, no apologies or explanation from the tour operator as to why we left 2 hours later than what we booked for. Poor operator. Should be looked at by Trading Standards.

What pleasant and helpful delivery men I had today Zak & Rob. My T.V.s were delivered today . I was kept updated on delivery and got a phone call to say they would be with my delivery within half an hour. They respected my property and were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend these delivery men .

The recipients I bought for were so surprised, even the packaging is exciting and bright. The card designs are lovely and lots of choice. The cake choices are great too with lots of choices and they have all tasted great .
