Useless if you need to make a claim
Multitrip.com use Gallagher Basset as their claims handler - this company is not possible to contact (check Trust Pilot and Google reviews). They do not respond to emails and no not answer their phone lines. If you need to make a claim you will need to deal with GB who, as far as I can tell, seem to either have folded or are a scam. Multitrip.com is fine to buy from but if you need to make a claim, you will be disappointed - if you can't make a claim, you are in effect not insured.

Very friendly and competent service crew
The person I was talking to - Jack - was very nice, polite and helpful.
I find the price of this insurance very good and I already have it for about 6 years.
On the downside: I've tried to renew online but hat to quit as it was too complicated for me.
It took ages to get somebody on the phone to talk to.

These guys are absolute charlatans
These guys are absolute charlatans. I tried to cancel my policy with them, as they are incredibly difficult to contact. I have tried to go onto their website and cancel my policy, but there doesn’t seem to be any way unless you give them a call. The phone number does not work. They do not respond to emails, and they just keep taking my money. Avoid any business with them at all costs.
