Have ordered a fair few times, always been absolutely spot on.
The only thing I have as a way of a comment I would want to give back to the company, is please please please make more varieties of the ring doughnuts. I am not a fan of doughnuts with a centre (a full doughnut?), and more ring doughnut varieties would be very welcome.

Ordered these as a treat . Very easy to purchase and pay for and I picked my delivery day . On the day of delivery I waited for a notification from fedex for a time window which was all good until I opened the box and saw that my 6 donuts had become a mashed up mess in the box I was so disappointed I threw them away . I was happy with everything except delivery . Contacted planet donut about the issue and as I didn’t take pictures they wasn’t interested so hope anyone else who purchases doesn’t experience the same as me .

As per our T&Cs, we do require photographic evidence of any damage or issues on arrival so that we can investigate the matter with the courier and assess any claim appropriately. Unfortunately, without photos, we’re unable to verify the damage or take the issue further. We do, however, hope that the discount code we provided helped in some way. We’re pleased to hear that the ordering process and delivery booking were straightforward, but we’re sorry that the final experience did not meet expectations.

The first box of mini donuts were stale…
The first box of mini donuts were stale but I was very impressed with the customer service (hence the 2 stars) who sent another box straight away. Unfortunately these were also stale which was disappointing as they were a birthday present.

Worst doughnuts ever, daughter ordered the box of 6, they were melted, dry and stale on the inside, absolutely disgusting for the price! Avoid this company there are better elsewhere!
Customer service awful - discount on future purchase! Why on earth would we repurchase something that is already bad?!?

Tasty and Surprisingly Cheap
Missing a star purely because of a minor delivery issue.
The doughnuts and communication however were perfect. Incredibly tasty and so cheap, £24 for 6 gourmet doughnuts and free delivery? Spot on.
