Received a booklet offering special offers on certain plants. I went online to order some, but found the prices did not match the special offers. Instead of £14.97 they were coming up with £17.97. I tried phoning and was waiting for an answer for 30 minute. So I gave up and went to there online contact. Waited well over a week for some response and got nothing. All I got were emails telling me I had products in my basket and would I like to proceed. went to check if prices had changed and they had not. Very very disappointed with their customer service.
I have now emptied my basket and will not be using them again.

Delivered on time, the products were good.
Was a little concerned that the scallops had defrosted and had to be used within 3 days.
They were meant to make a nice Christmas day starter, but fell 2 days short.
The meat ordered was delicious.

Very nice gentleman made the delivery, with a smile and a Christmas greeting.

We found the people we had contact with very helpful. Took their time to answer any questions we had.
The fact that they called to our home to sign all the papers, was also extremely helpful.
All in all a very good experience

The reviews I have read pretty much cover my dealings with this company. Despite my constant request for a return address and full refund they kept pushing for a percentage refund and said to give the boots I had bought to charity. I honsetly would not give these boots to anyone without feeling ashamed. They were supposed to be orphopedic boots, but what turned up were cheaply made plastic boots that had no support at all. The last message said to destroy the boots, take a photo and send it to them and get a full refund. Instead I am going to sned all the communications I have had along with the boots to Matt Allwright at watch dog and ask him to warn the British public about this scam web site;
I would suggest that everyone that has had the same complaint also contact BBC Watchdog as the more that complain the more chance that thye will warn the rest of the UK.

I ordered some guitar strings and paid extra for a next day delivery.
Nothing came, after a couple of days I contacted them to ask where my goods were and was told they had not even been dispatched. Was told that they were moving warehouse, and the products had not yet reached the new place. A week later I still have had no order. I noticed they had taken the money from my account. I again contacted them and got a short response saying they had cancelled my order and that a refund would take 3-5 days to reach my account. I will not be using this company again

My order was for the 3rd August, have just recieved a mail saying part of it is being delivered today. Completely spoiling the surprise.

Helpful and fast response when dealing with questions.
Easy to return product that did not suit the purpose intended.

As always on time, and genuinely nice gentleman made the delivery.

Love the fact I no longer have to worry about running out of my medication.
A timely reminder is always sent, and the tablets turn up well in time before I run out.

A good service from the first phone call asking if product was in stock to the very fast delivery once ordered.

was a fast and easy site, the price compared well with a couple of extra things thrown in.
It is early days yet as only started cover a couple of weeks ago.
Hope I do not need to have cause to make a claim, but if I do I will make another review.
