For the second year they match the lowest quote and i found them very professional to!

I'm very disappointed. When I purchased a new policy with them and wanted to cancel my previous one, they said they would waive the cancellation fee to reward my loyalty. However, because the staff couldn't cancel the policy that day, they advised me to contact them in the coming months to cancel; unfortunately, when I did, they suddenly changed their mind and charged me a cancellation fee. I expected them to honour their word, but out of the blue, they changed their mind. If I had known this would happen in the first place, I would not have proceeded with my new policy with them. I feel bad and disappointed. Charge to experience. Never again..

Audrey has been amazing and sufficient with the questions and providibg me with what I needed without taking away my time. I would recommend the insurance, they are really for the people.

I had them for a year and all going fine up until the time when I needed to renew, I then went on a comparison website and got a few good quotes and opted to chose the option my Marshmallow. I then filled in the form and Marshmallow themselves declined my new insurance and my old one was to run out in a few days. It was the weekend and couldn’t get online support so went ahead and secured insurance from another company.
Early Monday morning, I contacted Marshmallow who say that my old insurance has now auto renewed and will have to pay £30 to cancel it. Told them I did every effort to sign up to a better package and it’s them who turned me down but are happy for me to carry on on this auto renewed which is £40 more per month. They were not having any of it and was chatting to an agent called Nikolas who kept replying with generic emails.
Used to be a good company, they are now too big to care so I would strongly advise to steer away.

I've had a claim processed through them unfortunately but marshmallow took care of me well.

Today I renewed my car insurance with the advisor Titi. We managed to match another provider elsewhere to get the best possible price avoiding any upfront payments and hassle changing over. Everything is managed through the app, so no being putting on hold at all. Sometime chat replies can take time, but you’re not having to wait around and can get on with whatever you need to. I also recently changed my car and it was so easy to do through the app, aswell as accessing any necessary documents. Always very helpful service. Glad I stayed loyal!

Once i was through to customer service Kai was really helpful in dealing with my plan change with no hassle. A little bit of wait time for customer service but that's to be expected. Overall 5 star service
