I recently contacted Zego regarding pay-as-you-go hire and reward insurance and was assisted by Kacey.
Kacey was professional, clear, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She guided me through obtaining a quote and took the time to explain in detail the reasons previous applications had been declined. Her explanations were straightforward and made the situation much easier to understand.
I appreciate the patience and support she provided. Highly recommended.

Great customer service on the app. Easy, and straightforward with friendly and helpful agents via the messaging. Much better than other insurance companies I have dealt with in the past where you sit on the phone for hours trying to contact someone.

Emilia was very helpful and quick to reply.

They didn’t reply back to me very quickly. We sent in our no claims bouns from our last company and yes we were a day late, but they reviewed it and still didn’t except the document. Which increased my yearly payment

I am writing this to warn other users about the mandatory app requirements and hidden costs associated with this service.After paying for a policy and a non-refundable £95 setup fee, I was notified that downloading their mobile app was mandatory to maintain the cover. The app requires "Always Allow" location permissions, tracking your live location, motion, and fitness 24/7. It remains unclear to me what third parties this data is shared with.If you do not wish to grant these extensive tracking permissions, the policy is subject to cancellation, at which point you are charged a £95 fee. Furthermore, the monthly price is not fixed and fluctuates depending on your driving data collected by the app.In my opinion, these mandatory privacy trade-offs and the resulting cancellation penalties are entirely unfair and lacked upfront transparency during the initial purchase. I strongly advise reading the extreme fine print regarding telematics tracking before parting with your money.

So easy to get insurance. Plus you take my van no claims discount has some others don’t that good news for everybody who swapping from a van to a car
