We reported a leak under the floor in March. It is now the beginning of September and the problem has still not been remedied. LV have assured us that we are covered by our insurance policy; reports have been compiled, quotes sent in, but nothing has actually been done. All I can say is that they 'talk the talk', but definitely do not 'walk the walk'.

Absolutely brilliant customer service
Absolutely brilliant customer service. The moment I reported the jncident( not my fault accident) staff on the phone was reassuring. Professional, Helpful and very thorough. Everything she said, happened. Garage were brilliant who did the repairs, kept me up to date with every progress. Rental car, Enterprise were fantastic. Cant thank them enough. I would definitely recommend LV. They provided the best service I have ever experienced in the last 40+ years I've been driving. Thank you.

I have been with LV for a few years and…
I have been with LV for a few years and have always pleased with the service I have received. I don't like the rise in the cost of policies nowadays, but having tried comparison sites, no other company offered me a better policy which I could consider more meanàble.

Easy to use and very good website. Not the most competitive and pricing seems to change daily however they met my requirements so happy to insure with them. One thing annoys me about insurance, you give them a lot of money…..nothing happens….no claim…and they keep all the money and automatically increase your premium the next year.
