This delivery was cakes mangled cakes

This delivery was cakes. We order from the same company, clearly labelled on the box FOOD FRAGILE THIS WAY UP.
Last twice boxes where thrown on the floor upside down What's the point of putting anything on the box and instructions for the driver if they ignore them??? Plus the company then has to replace or refund bashed cakes!

(D)opey (P)arcel (D)rivers.

Dooley Parcel Drivers doesn’t even cover it. Most are as thick as mince. I have a secure parcel box and even with this they still leave the parcels on the doorstep, or even on the post box. It’s the size of a filing cabinet !

Made a disabled person life lot easier 5*

Driver went out of his way to deliver the items to my rear entrance patio door so it made everything easier for me as I am disabled and wouldn’t of been able to the main entrance of apartments excellent service and manners from him 5* from start to finish thank him for me
