You give an indication of delivery time…
You give an indication of delivery time schedule, you don't give any indication that you are going to achieve the time.so it all starts the next day, parcel just left on the path by the door. Not impressed by the service

Poor delivery
Had been in touch as delivery did not take place although e-mail stated it had been delivered to my safe place. Fortunately it was delivered to a house much further up my street and kindly neighbour has just brought it to me.

Wrong size package I ordered 300g I received 100g ….. so it was a long wait for a poor delivery !

Poor experience.
Two parcels were due for delivery, separately. The first one didn't turn up in the specified time slot.
The following day I was given a timeslot for both parcels. But then sent a message saying they couldn't find the address. I have never had that before.
The third day the parcels arrived in the allocated time, but appeared to have been thrown over the tall gate into the yard.
