My regular courier Ian Temperton always goes above and beyond always pleasant. Not like others that don't leave in safe place leave on front door step in full view
It's really useful service, but it took me 4 visits to different locations to find an available locker. It would be great if there was a message on the lockers saying when they would next be emptied.

An easy to download and use app
An easy to download and use app but I had no notifications for delivery. I had to keep checking the app every now and then to see what was happening and luckily I was in when they did deliver as no times were mentioned.

Impossible to track a parcel if you do…
Impossible to track a parcel if you do not have the app.
Parcel delivered to a business address was just left on the floor blocking the fire exit in reception rather than being delivered to Goods In, immediately adjacent. Had to go hunting for the parcel as could not access the POD on a desktop computer.
