Very poor customer service. I ordered a bag but it was nit suitable for us when it arrived so I followed return instructions only to be told now they have no record of my return and there is nothing they can do, what a total waste of money, stay well clear

Product ok but very sharp practice on an automatic subscription, which they make impossible to cancel

Purchased the bag which was delivered promptly. However very disappointing customer service. Sharp business practice as they automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription £4.99 for a service that I doubt anyone would use as you would go direct to a trusted vet.
Asked for a refund and ‘computer’ says no, very much look at the small print.
This should be a service that you choose to take not one that you automatically get signed up for incurring a monthly fee.
Very disappointing. Be aware as the bag might just cost you a whole lot more than planned!!!!

I bought a bag, which was great, but hidden in the small print was that they had automatically signed me up for a £5-a-month subscription to their online videos (which I didn't want). I challenged it as soon as the payment went out, and while they stopped the subscription, they would not refund the amount they'd already taken from me for a month of videos, saying I should have read the small print. They said they included it as a complimentary free one-month trial, but that free trial converted automatically into taking subsequent monthly payments.

A hidden £4.99 per month subscription that I never wanted or asked for was charged, and on contacting the company no refund was offered. I would avoid this company and get your bag elsewhere. The bag is nothing special to be honest

We purchased the dog treat pouch which is a perfect size. I had to query whether the inside could be washed because it wasn’t clear from the website. I was told that it can, but expect this will be a bit of a faff when it comes to it.
The pouch comes with a waist belt plus a belt clip and shoulder strap; you would think this covers all ways of wearing. However the loops that retain the waist belt are so tight that you cannot remove it if you wanted to use the belt clip or shoulder strap. This means you have a dangling waist strap if not using. Surely this is a design fault.
Overall I cannot knock the quality but the product definitely needs a redesign. Perhaps I should have considered lower cost products that seems to have to same functionality

Avoid: Expensive items never delivered, and unwanted subscription charges. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I placed an order for expensive items, but they were never delivered to my address. On top of that, I was charged for a subscription that I was apparently added to automatically, without my knowledge or clear consent.

When I contacted customer service, I received a generic response that did not properly address the issue. It felt like a standard reply, which makes me wonder how often they receive complaints like this.

I strongly recommend that other pet owners avoid this company. Based on my experience, I feel misled, overcharged, and completely let down. I would hate for anyone else to go through the same experience.

Bag is meh at best. Its not really suitable if you use it for more than 5minutes.

The worst thing is all the emails they send trying to sell you more products. Ive come off their mailing list 3 times and its still daily emails.

Like many others I have been charged £4.99 for a "service" I didn't want or ask for. The bag is fine I just don't like or appreciate the underhand sales tactics this business employs

I am very disappointed that I also have paid a £4.99 bill for a subscription to an online 24/7 vet service. After a number of emails, they tried to claim that I had had a welcome pack and numerous opportunities to cancel it but, because I paid through an online portal, I was not at all aware that this had been added to my order and there was no warning that this payment was going to be taken. Customer service say that they cannot refund my payment but they have now cancelled it. This is really unacceptable. I particularly disliked the email I received which made out it was my fault that this happened and that I had multiple opportunities to remove this subscription. Very disappointed and would not order from this company again, despite having had three of their bags and being happy with my purchases. I wish I had seen these reviews sooner.

Watch out, they sneakily sign you up to a subscription and start taking £4.99.
I only wanted a a flippin bag. I hate companies that do this.

I have been charged for a recurring subscription that was added to my order. A recurring fee that I did not ask for.

Sadly this is EXACTLY why they are looking at changing the law on this. Absolute rip off - compounded with no customer service at weekends.

Please please please avoid this lot. Crooks is too kind a word for them.

The bag was not suitable and didnt have the functionality it said it would have, it seems to be massively over-hyped.

I have sent back as per their instructions and still not recevied a refund its been over month now. They havent responded to emails or phonecalls though are sending me lots of sales emails so obviously have my email address. Worst customer service I have had in ages i would avoid

The bags was ok but was caught out on the subscription and ended up having £4.99 removed from my account. Apparently you have to opt out during checkout. It’s a complete scam and to be honest the bags aren’t worth the inconvenience. Avoid at all costs!

Very exspensive and completely got my order wrong and poor customer service as after their mistake wanted me to have inconvenience of return and to wait for them to send the item I originally ordered.DO NOT BUY LOOK AROUND AS SIMILIAR BAGS AND BETTER QUALITY HALF THE PRICE!!!!

Ordered a treat bag which is great however unknowingly been signed up to a 24/7 vet helpline at £4.99 a month! Not happy as if i have done this then it is very unclear at checkout! Refused to refund the £4.99. Absolute money making scam on their part!

I am really upset that I have been charged £4.99 for a vet online subscription. I had seen the video as free of charge with my initial order but did not see 'subscription '. This is an absolute cheek. You added it to my basket not me. On speaking to someone and being told that once the payment has been taken, there is nothing they can do is pretty poor. This reeks of desperation, in that you have to add something to a customer's basket, which shows a zero charge, but then in the small print it is a subscription. I really feel expoited especially when I ordered the bag to support a small company. My subscription is now cancelled. I am £4.99 worse off and I will not be supporting you again. What a scam and from your reviews I am.not the only one!

The bag is ok and just about worth the price but the con of the subscription is just so bad as others have been caught out so was I , the amount of £4.99 they must have collected per orders to unknowingly customers means basically the bag is a fiver more than you pay , I had no idea re this online vet service had been added and certainly would have never signed up as have vet insurance which includes this !!! If only. I had looked at reviews !!! I personally would advise people to AVOID this company as seems very underhanded

I just received this bag and if you were looking for something that actually holds a drinking bottle for you and or your dog or both this is not the bag for you. Unless you happen to use a baby bottle or a toddler cup you cannot fit a bottle into the side pouch. The advertising is at best questionable, I had very high hopes and spent a lot of money it's going back today. I am shaking my head, perhaps if you're walking a poodle around the block this bag will work for you but for many dog owners who walk and hike I would pass on this brand.

I have bought 2 bags before and then purchased a treat bag. Using a quick checkout I didn’t realise that a vet plan costing £4.99 a month had been added to the basket. When I was billed a month later I complained. They admitted that emails probably went to junk but refused to refund my payment for something I didn’t want and had unknowingly signed up to.
Really disappointed. Bags are good but this is truly misleading. I wouldn’t on principle buy from them again.
