Waiting for Godot is more productive than yodel delivery. Tracking suggested they were 3 miles away from my house. 5 days later still not received. I could have walked there to pick it up but appears it's now on a magical, mystery tour, with no update since on tracking app.

one star is too much.
Firstly on the 9th July they said couldn’t access property, i have an open driveway with camera no one approached my door so i redirected to a collection box around the corner outside local shop.
They said locker was full even though it was half full.
The depot is one mile from my house and locker box and i am still waiting 14th July.
I have asked seller for a full refund as Yodel are a joke 🤬

The worst company for delivery. The driver claimed that the delivery was refused. When he drove off no way to get my package.

My wife had an email that a parcel had been delivered,and left in a secure place,no attempt was made to ring our door bell,as we were in.When I went downstairs there was no parcel any were.After getting in touch with Yodel,I was told that the parcel had been delivered in a secure place next to a bin.On further inspection I found that the parcel was indeed left next to the rubbish bins,not in a secure place,as it could well have been put in the bin as it was wrapped in a bin bag,and could have been easily taken away by the binmen.Had I not had to ring Yodel I would in no way looked for the parcel being left next to a bin well away from the front door.There delivery is absolute rubbish.

Do not use don't even attempt a delivery just say they have
A joke company get a real one to deliver it

I posted a mouth organ via a vinted sale and this package was posted on the 2nd of june 2026 its now the 18th and it still has not arrived bearing in mind its travelling across water canterbury to rostrevor ireland which i thought would take 7 days,what pees me off is that i cannot get my money back for over 25 days as this is the amount of days to deliver was yodel hermes at one time if so then they are still as bad,postal firms like this should be closed down for good , evri on the other hand have improved dramatically but yodel have got worse leave it to the professional yodel because you dont do it for me

The only reason you got one star is because no stars wasn't an option Any company using Yodel I will not order from today's excuse was that the shirt I ordered was too big for the locker

Wish I could give a lower rating can’t track my parcel because this impost app is terrible said they left a card but no card present when I managed to get on the app

Now my parcel is in unknown limbo probably stolen and can’t get in touch with anyone

A seller on ebay gave instructions to have them open my door for a photo of him handing me the parcel.
I was speaking to him through my door wet out of the shower on Sunday 8.30am after having back surgery.
Driver was a complete ₩@N[ stain rude and horrible and picked my package up and took it back.
I pay for delivery not to have their pathetic little bit of power used against me to take my parcel back.
The seller on eBay hasn't refunded nor responded so I'll be sure to check if seller use yodel and stay as far away as possible. Take a photo how intrusive and rude especially as your speaking to me through the door absolute nob.

If I could give 0.00000 % I will. Yodel refused to deliver my parcel claiming they will be charged parking charges. I don't know why Yodel will accept to collect people's parcels and they clearly know they won't be going to deliver your address.
They claim it's out for delivery but they never came, never ring, and then saying problem with delivery address.

After contacting them several times to try and find a way of how to get my parcel, they refuse to arrange proper alternative instead they choose to return my parcel back after mentioning to them that the parcel has an item which was needed very badly to be used for a wedding.
In fact that's the time they care less.
Very bad, useless company

Can't use zero or I would have chosen it. Yodel have a 50 per cent hit rate in delivering to me. I use Inpost to make things more reliable but when there's no collection code sent, it's tough to pick up your item before it's sent back. They make Evri look like kings.

What a disgraceful company, very dishonest and I would advise any company who is considering sending out parcels to avoid. Tracking is awful and customer services when you get through very disingenuous.

Yodel courier could not be bothered ringing the door bell, nor opening the door to the unlocked porch, choosing to leave my package in one of the recycling bins. They also cited delivery at 11.30 with a notification at 13.30; they actually threw the package in the recycling bin at 13.30.

Truly appalling 'service', I doubt no matter how hard they tried to be, they couldn't get any poorer.

Absolutely terrible. Sub 100 IQ between the whole company. Every parcel disappears into their tardholes.

Courier has package and out for delivery yet at 1.15pm get a message saying sorry we missed you which is impossible so I know for a fact the driver was very very close to me and tracking showed he was moving out of my area and didn't even try to deliver my package so he is a liar but talking to customer care was a complete waste of time. I never understood why they have bad reviews but now I know why.

Absolutely diabolical service. Parcel was late arriving and past the delivery date window. It was stating it was out for delivery for 3 days before finally arriving on the 4th day after phoning Yodel to complain that it hadn't arrived.
Communication was non existent and the tracking system was rubbish. It showed the driver stopping in different places for a long time sometimes even for more than an hour each time.
It was lucky the item was packed in a plastic bag as the parcel arrived very wet. It may have been a rainy day but it was delivered by a man in a car who parked right outside my garden so there was no way the rain should have affected it.

Impossible to contact them. Phone says go to live Web chat, web chat impossible without all the details which I dont have. Useless.

Yodel should be closed down. Bought from M&S couldn't believe it when I realised Yodel was delivering, one attempted delivery then went straight back to M&S lol. Not once have I ever had a good experience with them, incompetent lying corporate scum

Disgraceful company, I was notified my parcel was coming out two weeks ago( it did not arrive) I have been waiting four weeks for my parcel. Then I was contacted yesterday to say it was arriving( it did not) this company should be shut down! ( still waiting) 19/5/2026 .

I don't want to give any star's at all received parcel today & it was left round the side of house in mud there was no note to say where ot was left only by looking on my camera I found it absolutely joke 😡
