My experience ordering from OneBuy was…
My experience ordering from OneBuy was very disappointing. I received a delivery notification in the morning, only to be told late at night that it couldn’t be delivered due to address issues. The tracking link is unusable in the UK. It leads to a Chinese site with no real customer support and no clear way to track the parcel. Because of this poor communication and lack of support, I’ll be requesting a refund. Definitely not recommended.

Awful! Not genuine , Do not use !!
Used OnBuy so I would receive genuine products from what I thought was a genuine site instead I’ve been conned out of my money and provided with products that are clearly not genuine , OnBuy are just another platform providing products passed on from scammers on Amazon, clearly not vetted , not what OnBuy promise. Absolutely fuming and cannot currently get anywhere trying to sort this out and cannot contact OnBuy, no option, just awful! !! Avoid !!! unless you want to be conned out of your money
