What's great is keeping me intreasted in something I know nothing about. You also don't explain an explanation thats already understandable to a regular human being. I've heard people say its just common sense wich is very true but behind the mask more than some individuals don't have one bit of common sense an will tell you things you don't even want to know till there blue in the face an you have to walk away. We'll I didn't walk away an you still got me intreasted in shit I don't give a shit about. In my field you have no time for pdfs or templates for solving problems an giveing answers. You have a split second to tell architects an engineers superintendents bosses inspectors why there drawings an spreadsheets materials costs ain't working. Clear answers when cornerd why two weeks behind is the problem im looking at. It's much easier to point a finger than take the blame. My job is to erect this massive project an deal with everyone of a personal basis an tell you what's wrong. I don't have time to remind any one of you or your sectarian of problems I foreseen two weeks so you either listen to me an all of you get to know each other a little better. These issues ain't mine an I don't want them if no one thinks the words out of my mouth are nothing to worry about because your all worried now that the banks are calling you.
Situations like that could of been easily handled if there would of been easier ways the entire project stayed in communication. My 2 senses got me my crew an everyone involved with raids. Head sets that handled sweet an dirt an water an a clear path across the country with a simple walkie talkie. Expensive not so much but there were no costs in communication. One time activation fee. You just needed to be carefully on what you said. This didn't just catch the job up but also finish the job a week ahead of time.
Guess what im saying is communication with people who don't know what's happening in the field learned more by listening to what actually happens each day on the job. Your few words make me want to listen an learn. Now its just keeping me here an what your selling can be used every where. That what im intreasted in on how I could tweak it an make it work for the ones in those kind of situations that are just everyday common sense pre prepared ness.

When people takes the time to explain what the other person is asking you , be your kindness and speak clearly to answer their problem.I worked at Walmart in housewear and people would ask me what I thought about a item and I would stop what I was doing and took time to explain to them and almost EVERYTIME ,,, I sold that item
