AIT originally "lost" our order
AIT originally "lost" our order for a large double bed and mattress from Get Laid Beds, having originally confirmed delivery. They were quite offhand about losing a large wooden bed and mattress and I cannot recommend them at all.
When eventually they delivered the mattress but we had a very hard time persuading them to take it upstairs. It was an awful experience - BEWARE

It was delivered 2 hours later than the delivery window suggested.
I received a phone call prior to the delivery which I answered and someone stated 'delivery' and I couldn't understand any further of his conversation.
Also turned up badly damaged to the point we are now expecting a replacement from the supplier which is causing us a big inconvenience with our customer.
Still waiting for our replacement unit.
So sorry a pretty poor service so far !!!!

Poor start, good ending
Poor start, good ending, having booked my delivery for my day off, I never received the email the night before with my delivery window, phoned customer services in the morning to ask about the delivery, was told it hadn’t been booked for whatever reason, the woman on the phone was very apologetic and the delivery was rebooked for the following week, customer services handled this brilliantly and the delivery drivers were friendly and helpful.

Had a delivery of garden furniture and the service we got was excellent from the day before arrival with updates and time slots the driver rung me half an hour before delivery on day and delivered straight to my door even placing the equipment carefully down for me. High recommend this service… The gentleman were very polite and helpful

Overcoming sods law
Delivery was scheduled to be at early evening, but a van breakdown put a spanner in the works(so to speak)but a well rehearsed plan by this company and its staff ensured my order, not only reached me the same day but arrived at lunchtime, which was a boon to me as it ensured my help to assemble the chair could finish earlier than expected.

If I could leave no stars i would
If I could leave no stars i would! Last night notified that my delivery would be today from 9.30-11.30..... this morning at 8am told it will no longer be coming today. Contact them, basically the item didn't make it onto the lorry...... absolutely nothing they can do blah blah blah and now can't deliver till next Tuesday.... today is Thursday. Booked today especially so we are off work. Customer Care Company JOKE!!!
