Really bad experience shopping here
Really bad experience shopping here. Ordered a 75 inch tv, when we switched in on the screen had red and green dots all over it. Contacted customer service support to try to arrange collection and replacement. They said they could not do this as faulty one had to be returned first. So I arranged for the collection of the faulty one and ordered a new one. Tracking terrible. On the day the faulty one was due to be picked up I arranged a day off, only for them not to arrive. Contacted customer
Support who said that I needed to send a photo of the serial number. Explained that this was a packaged 75 inch tv and I was really annoyed that not only had I wasted a days leave but that because a customer advisor had not put the return through I would have to unpack and package again. I escalated this as I found the customer support team to be ignornant of the fact that I had spent a day waiting in a return to be collected, and wasn’t due to their error. So I have had to arrange for another date.m, week after initial collection due and now a delayed refund, and another day off work. I would not recommend buying from this site, try Amazon.

Absolutely great I'd give them 10 stars if I could
I'm disabled and ordered a new washing machine which is absolutely great and as I'm on a tight budget, it far surpasses all other options with other suppliers at my price point. This combined with the brilliant delivery service, who also disconnected and removed my old washing machine and installed the new one. They are called Joybuy and trust me they're a joy to deal with.
