I asked the delivery men if they could help me and mum lift my new 65'' TV on to its stand that they delivered to us and they just said no and walked out my house and left my front door wide open and I have two dogs that they nearly let out of muly house into the street

I am shocked and disappointed with the level of service my partner and I received from two delivery drivers from this company. The experience was completely unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard of professionalism.
The delivery drivers were incredibly rude and unprofessional, they did not even acknowledge us upon arrival and strangely did not communicate in any way during the delivery, not even a hello. Their overall attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. To make matters worse, when they contacted my partner prior to the delivery, he was met with verbal abuse and cursing. This is not how anyone should ever be spoken to.
I was genuinely taken aback by the lack of courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect shown throughout the entire interaction.
I strongly urge management to review this incident and address the behaviour of the two men involved.
A very disappointing experience, and one that I would not expect from any reputable delivery company.

Great experience
The ordering process was so simple and delivery was only a couple of days. I was informed the night before a 2 hour delivery slot then the delivery guy rang me to say they would be here in the hour which they were, the delivery guys where so polite and friendly.
The radiator and valves were great quality and perfect for the room, would definitely recommend this company.
