I have been selling my second hand CDs on Vinted for some time but today after adding a new batch they told me that I was using the site for commercial gain and they delisted all my items. I tried to resolve the issue with the customer help option but that got me nowhere. They still won’t explain what has changed to make me in contravention of their policies.

Vinted quotes free delivery for first purchase with Evri but the the checkout process makes you purchase from Yodel? As a result I never got my free post as a first time customer just like vinted stated.
Ended up paying more for postage than the item I bought.
I do not recommend buying anything, I don’t trust this company. The customer service they have is unacceptable. I do not rate this company. They trick you into selecting Yodel courier who then charge at the checkout. If I could do zero stars I would! Debbie

I echo the comments made by the person who said it was the most pathetic service he or she has ever had. We moved into a newly built property last September and have been waiting since December to have our smart meters commissioned. This means that we cannot use the In-Home Display to monitor our usage which, in the current climate, is imperative if we want to save some money. Calls to their help line produced conflicting and essentially useless information. When we finally arranged for an engineer to visit no one showed up. The second visit was cancelled on the day and the third visit scheduled for next Monday has just been cancelled, a few hours after we received a text reminding us of the visit. After the second cancellation we were promised that the next visit would take place, 100%. Clearly their words mean nothing. I am now going to investigate switching to another supplier as we have never experienced this dreadful level of service with other suppliers.

Sharlene was very helpful in setting up our new account and explaining how the tariff was worked out.

I dealt with Danielle from notonthehighstreet.She was great and very professional in resolving my query, communicated well, I felt reassured the whole time. Etsy sellers agreed to repair my broken item, so happy after all;). 5 Stars *****
