Found this company by chance, was looking for an LG Television. We live in West Lothian and visited them Saturday 18th July. George was very helpful, agreed a good price & our television was delivered on Tuesday 21st. Great service & in fact so good on price that we ordered a Bosch washing machine on Monday 20th & it was delivered & installed by George on the 21st too.
Would not hesitate to use them again.

Before ordering my TV I phoned the company to get advice regarding my choice of TV.
I then went online and ordered the TV I liked. It was delivered on a date that suited me and I chose to pay for set up.
The guy was so friendly and helpful and I love my TV.
By the way I did my research and it was the best price on the market!

George fully installed our new tv ensured that everything was to our liking ensured our warranty was filled in and ensured our copy was safely stored on our emails in case we needed it. What great service from a true gentleman. Would not hesitate to use him again.

A great company to deal with from initial contact with some questions on the product through to an on time delivery. Staff were friendly, polite and informative. Delivery arrived exactly at the beginning of the two hour time slot with a helpful delivery person. Price was the most competive at the time and more than happy to be dealing with a local company. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again.

I have now bought several appliances from THT Direct. They are one of the best companies I use. I always aim to use and support local or independent companies when I can. THT prices are competitive, they always deliver on time and tbeir delivery man, George will install the appliances too. They are on hand if any support is needed. I would be delighted to recommend them to anyone.

The service was swift and efficient and an unbelievable price. The experience would have been five stars, but my 65" LG C5 oled was delivered by one guy, who carried it up one flight of stairs on his own. Don't get me wrong, the tv was fine, and the guy was really nice, but that's an expensive disaster waiting to happen. Still, the delivery was on time, and no harm done, apart from a minute of (unnecessary) stress for me.

At first as I was naturally skeptical thinking the saving was too good to be true but after my experience with THT I'm glad I went with them over bigger brands like Curry's and Argos etc.
