Customer service very good. Explained details of what I was buying in order for me to make an informed choice. Delivery went very smoothly, they phoned 10 minutes before to confirm that they were on their way.

I rang Kitchenology late afternoon on Thursday as my tumble dryer had broken down. They were extremely helpful, I paid and the new machine was delivered the next day at a time of my choice.
The delivery drivers were polite, helpful and efficient.
Overall I am extremely pleased and impressed with the service and I won’t hesitate to use them again.
