A Micra owbners are finding out, Nissan no longer manufactures replacement electric power steering systems for elderly Micra SE Automatics - meaning that otherwise sound cars have to be scrapped.
However Western Power Steering delivers a guaranteed remanufactured replacement in days at a very reasonable price AND organises courier delivery and collection of the old part (when ready) , Communications are excellent.

Efficient and quick installation of new £550 Bosch washing machine and disposal of our old 30-year-old Bosch predecessor. (The old machine had fused all the power in the house when its heating element had failed). It was pouring with rain when the new machine was bodily carried in but the two-man team conscientiously wiped their feet every time they entered the house and opted not to use a wheeled truck out of respect for our carpets! All the hoses and waste pipes were methodically checked before the new machine was installed.

My wife couldn’t try out Henry in the store so we bought it in good faith from our local Curry’s branch and took it home. This was a bad mistake. She found it very difficult to operate on carpets - which was what wanted it for. It has very stiff brushes on the cleaner head which are fine for hard floors but useless for carpets. I took it back to the store but they refused to issue a refund because we had opened the box. How else is anyone expected to find out if their purchases perform properly I wonder? Anyway we were so disappointed with the Henry , I persuaded the reluctant staff at the refund counter to put the day old machine in the Curry’s recycling skip for breaking up. We will never again buy a Henry cleaner and we will never buy anything from Curry’s again.

Good no nonsense service.

Our grandson’s achievement in receiving his dinghy sailing certificate just had to be celebrated, We uploaded a couple of photos of him in action to Vistaprint. We ordered mugs, tote bags notebooks and pens all emblazoned with the action photos, so there was something for all the members of the family.

Dispatch took longer than I thought but the price quoted was competitive and the consignment arrived well packed and to specification.

I ordered 6 pairs of large black compression flight socks. Only one pair turned up ( the wrong make, the wrong colour and the wrong size). I am still awaiting delivery of the rest of the order
