This company's logistics and customer service processes are a mess. I've been repeatedly messed around this year.

1. Order sent to a Post Office for collection in Manchester via Royal Mail. Company alleges that it was sent back as undeliverable. By Royal Mail...to a Post Office.

2. Order of four mugs placed with clear instructions for express delivery by Royal Mail to a Post Office in London. Inexplicably they ship three mugs in one consignment and the fourth in a separate consignment. The three mugs have no name on them so I'm unable to collect them. The fourth is AGAIN allegedly 'unable to be delivered' BY ROYAL MAIL to a POST OFFICE!

3. They'd now missed my deadline as I was moving out and going overseas, so I was careful to give them a new address for delivery of the missing mug to its final recipient (they're all gifts). Inexplicably this company has sent all four mugs back to the address I can't access, and completely ignored my instructions to get the missing item to its destination.

The process of trying to talk through this with their offshore customer support centre was hugely frustrating. I've now asked about five times for somebody in the UK with the title 'manager' or 'director' to call me and nobody has bothered.

I'm not giving up because I need the fourth mug delivered. They're gifts for journalists at a well-known news organisation, so once I make that clear I think things will happen...maybe...we'll see.

Anyway, I was happy with the quality of the mugs but this has been such a farce I really can't recommend this business to anybody.

Such a shame as absolutely none of it is necessary and most of the problems seem to be with poor process and supplier management.

The printed 2x sets of business cards/flyers looked fantastic. The items were both delivered early, and allowed me to use them earlier than expected/planned.

Really disappointed! Ordered 3 x black t shirts and 1 x zip up hoodie.
The quality of the logo print is shocking. The logo has been printed on a black block background which is a completely different shade of black to the t shirt.
Totally unprofessional looking. Would expect much more for the price paid.

The delivery company left my order outside and go damaged, VistaPrint immediately re-made my order and sent it out. Great customer service.

My business has boomed thanks to VistaPrint and all the leaflets, posters, tokens, the T-Shirt, hat, and business cards I've created. They've turned out fantastic.

Good customers care service. Problem was attended to swiftly.

What can I say. I ordered 500 business cards for my new business vrnture and the quality and standard is amazing. I am so happy with the product, thank you Vista print. They cost was also very reasonable and bettered other competitors, by quite a bit. I will definately be using them again for my other priducts and needs.

I am deeply disappointed with the quality of these business cards. Is this really 330gsm paper? And the print resolution is completely unacceptable. Honestly, if I had printed and laminated them myself at home, the result would have been far more professional and stylish than this.

I've used VistaPrint on a number of occasions and always found them very reasonably priced and super user friendly website when creating the project to print. I love how easy it is to create one off custom projects where I just want 1-2 printed for a present.

Recently ordered 2 custom spiral notepads. Upon opening the package one of the covers was damaged. I went onto online chat and Imen K was so quick and helpful in resolving the issue. Within a few minutes I was able to send a photo of the notebook so they could see the damage and instantly Imen K ordered a replacement to be sent to me. Thank you Imen K for taking such quick action and making it easy for the customer!

Will continue using VistaPrint in future!

I ordered VP_G541CM1X on 16 October, and it's supposed to be here by Thursday, it still has not been dispatched and I've had no updated off of them. I really needed it ASAP. I thought that by this Thursday it would have at least dispatched by now. Otherwise I would have asked for speedy shipping.

I have ordered many times with Vistaprint - always exceptional service and delivery. On the one time I did have an issue with an order, my advisor Ameni was so helpful and quick to arrange a replacement and rectify the problem. I'm so impressed with the service I have received so thank you. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use this provider for our business merchandise and marketing needs.
