Staff are Great and Dependable
Staff are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient and always go the extra mile to please; as a result service is totally reliable, helpful and impartial, whether in store or answering telephone enquiries. This time, delivery of our washing machine was exactly as expected, with us kept fully informed. The changeover of machines was smooth, rapid and noteworthy was the extra care the two cheerful guys took negotiating the machine out and iits replacement into the limited space, which offered little room for manoeuvre, to ensure everything was left perfectly.
