We have delivered to you previously using the same courier without issue, but unfortunately on this occasion AIT made an error with the delivery. Rather than contacting us to resolve the problem, the item was returned back to us, which was entirely unexpected. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we arranged for a replacement dryer to be dispatched straight away, but regrettably this resulted in a delay from Tuesday until Friday.
We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly as you were relying on the appliance, and we sincerely apologise. We will be discussing this incident with AIT to understand how both they and we can improve communication should a similar situation arise in the future.
Thank you for your patience, and once again, we're sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I ordered a Robert’s stereo shortly after I got phone call saying there was none in stock only the one on display there was no discount. The man on the phone said it would be packaged like it would if came out straight out factory and when it arrive the box was bashed. There was dust all over. It wasn’t packed very good. Looks like it just got thrown in the box.then I got told it would arrive in three days it took a week to get to me it got delivered to wrong depo

We apologise for the condition the stereo appeared to arrive in and for the delivery delay. The item was the last one available and was listed as a display model on our website, but it's clear we could have communicated this more clearly. We always try to ensure customers are aware when an item is the final unit available so they have the opportunity to decide whether to proceed with the order.
Unfortunately, the delay was caused when our courier, DX, routed the parcel to the wrong depot. Combined with the weekend, this extended the delivery time beyond what was expected. We also apologise if it wasn't made clear that deliveries to North Scotland can take 3–5 working days.
We appreciate your comments regarding the packaging and presentation of the product, and we'll be reviewing our processes to ensure display items are better prepared and described in future.
Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, we'll take your feedback on board and use it to improve where we can.

A slick process
A slick ordering process was followed by a very polite phone call to sonfirm the prder details and plan for delivery. Delivery was equally slick with a call they day before and another to say they were on the way. Delivery to my chosen location was no problem either.
Product not yet used, but I don't anticipate any issues.
