Really pleased we chose RDO to fit our new kitchen. Great craftsman from each trade. No delays and fantastic communication throughout. Stacey in particular was so helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

A friendly welcome in store & was quickly directed to the correct area. Very helpful sales person who answered all my questions & suggested a couple of ovens within my price range. We had a look at them in the store & the very patient sales person answered more of my questions!

I had ordered the wrong appliance to replace a washing machine for my tenant and when I explained the situation to the store (sorry can’t remember the assistance name) but he was so helpful and managed to get me the correct appliance and delivered the very next day so yes very pleased with the whole process

Competitive, fast and efficient service. After order was placed, delivery and installation was organised quickly and the two hour delivery window was very helpful. Mark and Phil replaced our induction hob with no trouble and took time after testing to show me its features and the registration info required for the extended warranty.

We were really happy with the price, delivery and the team that delivered our washing machine. They removed the old one, plumbed in the new one. Did it all with care and were really good throughout.

Last shopping experience was great so made another purchase… great store and good supply source if item not in stock

From my telephone call to order a Neff Double Oven from a wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable gentleman called Alex to the delivery and fitting by the superbly skilled, efficient and friendly Phil and Tyrese, seven days later. To sum up, service of perfection.

Product arrived all fine, eventually, but about a month later than expected, with no communication about that until a few days prior to delivery.

It's a shame as they seemed like friendly people (they rang the day after ordering to check some delivery access constraints) but I'd be lying if I said it was good service. I hope they can improve so this recommendation could be a good one in the future.

They did not reply to e-mails (2 or 3 attempts made) and when rung on the phone, told me they'd call back but did not call back.

I don't particularly mind that it was delayed (it was a backorder and I knew that) but the radio silence was a bit poor.

All else equal I would probably not choose RDO as my first choice, unfortunately.

Excellent service from start to finish. Initial contact gave great advice on the correct integrated fridge freezer to buy. Delivered really quickly and expertly installed by professional and friendly Phil M & Simon. Highly recommended.

Phil M and Simon installed my new fridge freezer, taking care with my new kitchen, installed just 4 months ago. They were both very friendly and helpful and even fitted a missing seal which my kitchen installers had failed to fit. I cannot recommend RDO more highly.

Efficient professional easy to use

Induction hob arrived on time and within 3 days of ordering. Well packaged, no damage and all correct. Delivery driver from RDO carried it into the house and was friendly and polite.
We were kept informed perfectly- delivery day,then two hours slot, then precise time.
Very impressive.

I bought an integrated washing machine with a fitting. They phoned me up to confirm the date and time. When they were fitting it, they explained it well. Great service.
