First class service
First class service. I have been buying from them for years. This time I bought a headphone amp and had issues with the range of the remote volume control. They recommended a different unit and took back the original. All I had to do was pay the invoice and answer the door bell.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Although there were issues with FedEx, the staff at Peter Tyson instantly paid back the extra charge I'd paid for next day delivery and were happy to cancel my order with a full refund were FedEx not able to successfully deliver

great deals and exceptional service - i've been promising myself a 'proper' Hi-Fi ever since i retired a couple of years ago, but never quite managed to take that plunge - however, Peter Tyson's recent sale of open box, 'nearly new' items finally made that decision a 'no brainer' - a really great deal plus helpful, knowledgable staff, on the phone combined to make that happen - very happy customer here :)

Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience, but order tracking could be improved. I placed an order for an aircon unit that was on back order and had to chase over phone / email for updates. That being said, price was fair, delivery was quick with DPD and no issues with the unit itself so would be happy to order from Peter Tyson again.

Once again the team at Peter Tyson have demonstrated how customer service should be done. From pre sales advice on audio equipment specific to my listening environment and needs, discussions on my options, in store demo, to post sales questions about configuration and ultimately facilitating an exchange of a product to better suit me once tested in my environment.
All of this conducted by email, phone and in person over several weeks and with the support of several members of the team.
All of this in addition to excellent pricing!
Peter Tyson will always be my first and preferred port of call for audio products - they should be yours too.

I placed a back-order for some speakers as they weren't in stock and Ben at Peter Tyson was good enough to reach out with some alternatives at an excellent price. I accepted the deal and I'm so happy I did - they're even better than the speakers I had chosen and were delivered the next day. A real testament to the fantastic technical knowledge and customer service at Peter Tyson. I'll definitely use them again.
