Top-tier service! Highly recommend.
Fantastic service ordering some high end audio kit. Communications top-tier from the moment I placed the order, setting the right expectations and keeping in touch to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Having had a horrible experience dealing with one 'high end manufacturer' directly, this was a welcome relief. Silver linings because the device I ended up with is far superior. Delighted!

Reliable service and great warranty support
I’ve bought a few items from Peter Tyson over the years. While not every single interaction has been absolutely perfect—for instance, a used turntable I ordered wasn't quite as described—their customer service is excellent. They sorted out that return and refunded me without any issues at all, which gave me the confidence to keep using them.
Most recently, they handled a warranty repair on my Pro-Ject record cleaning machine. The turnaround was quick, communication was clear, and the machine actually works better now than it did when it was brand new. Highly recommended for their after-sales support and reliability.

Great service and competitive pricing
Headphones did not arrive on next day delivery service with DPD but after investigating, this was a DPD issue. The headphones were very well packaged and the price was competitive. Shipping was quick and i have no doubt they would have been with me on time if DPD had not had a problem.
