Overall a good experience, but order tracking could be improved. I placed an order for an aircon unit that was on back order and had to chase over phone / email for updates. That being said, price was fair, delivery was quick with DPD and no issues with the unit itself so would be happy to order from Peter Tyson again.

Once again the team at Peter Tyson have demonstrated how customer service should be done. From pre sales advice on audio equipment specific to my listening environment and needs, discussions on my options, in store demo, to post sales questions about configuration and ultimately facilitating an exchange of a product to better suit me once tested in my environment.
All of this conducted by email, phone and in person over several weeks and with the support of several members of the team.
All of this in addition to excellent pricing!

I placed a back-order for some speakers as they weren't in stock and Ben at Peter Tyson was good enough to reach out with some alternatives at an excellent price. I accepted the deal and I'm so happy I did - they're even better than the speakers I had chosen and were delivered the next day. A real testament to the fantastic technical knowledge and customer service at Peter Tyson. I'll definitely use them again.

The product came fine and I expected it to have since I paid £200 for it but it wasn't so happy with the service. It came in a damaged box looking like I bought it second hand and when I reported this I was told it only matters if the product is damaged. I did also explain I like the keep everything including the packaging in prestine condition so I could possibly pass it to someone in the future but yeah not only was nothing sorted I was just not treated like a paying customer. I'd like to make it clear I wasn't treated bad either but not to the standard of a tech company to which I paid and will pay a hefty amount.

Product arrived swiftly and on time. Package came in excellent condition. Speakers inside are brand new.

I've just had my second purchase from Peter Tyson and once again it was a superb experience! I ordered an Audiolab 9000A amplifier described as used but excellent condition and at a really good price. It arrived within 24 hours and it is as good as new. I couldn't have had a better experience and highly recommend them to anyone!

I bought a Pro-Ject record clean from Peter Tyson. Their price was the same lowest price. Where They excelled was in communication, speed of dispatch and speed of delivery. I would use them again

I have had nothing but quick/great service product is perfect.

I bought some nearly new Monitor Audio Bronze 300 7g speakers as I was looking to upgrade my existing set.

I spotted these and thought the half price was good even though they were used.

What i didn't expect was that these had lethal must had the top of the box opened, everything else was a new, untouched, perfect condition. Part of me thought they had sent new ones by accident. To say I'm pleased is an understatement.

Delivery was super fast.
