Cassie is very professional and a lovely friendly person. I had an uncomfortable wax buildup in my ears which was affecting my hearing. I cannot recommend Cassie enough. I was given an appointment for the next day and the problem was quickly resolved. Her prices are also very reasonable. I will definitely return to see her again if the need arises.

Beautiful store. I loved the fact that you are able to wander around without the inevitable sales person stalking you while your browsing as I have experienced in other well known sofa stores!! I had plenty of time to decide which sofa out of the many lovely sofas available was the one for me. I was then able to call on the services of "Jai" who answered all my questions knowledgeably and then helped me through the very easy purchase process.
