What a joke
What a joke! Created an account, went through the entire process of sending ID verification. Transaction put on hold. A lady calls me and wanted more information. I sent the bank statement she requested. After about 5 minutes, she comes back and says my account is suspended. Account is 16 years old and has a 0 balance on it. Best part, she wouldn't tell me why they suspended my account. She did say that I had created an account previously, but I honestly don't recall doing that. Anyway, a company that can't tell me why they won't approve my account isn't someone of want to do business with, anyway. Can't give them more than one star, would do zero if I could.

very bad experience and I would never recommend using there service at all even though they charge very low fees. they suspended my account for sending my girlfriend 100USD.
you made it clear through email that my account is permanent suspended, why to contact you, your staff was rude to ask me how did I meet my girlfriend and very personal things not related to the suspended account.so I did hangout the phone call on May2026. your service is really reflect your company attitude toward customers

Great experience with remitly so far. I been using them for 2 years now. I never had a problem with them. The app is very easy to navigate and the service is great. The only thing I can mention is the fact that they don't offer you discounts four multiple transactions. Highly recommended.

So everything is correct, but the fee you have charged is not three euros too much. The fee you are charging is two euros 99 cents, that is not too much. Reduce it a little.
