The recipient I send money he didn't received the right amount. Instead of 70850 rupees he received only 1 rupee. Which is very bad. I trust and send the money. Now I am in tension till the time taptap not send the right amount to the recipient.

I’m disappointed with the service and…
I’m disappointed with the service and the way my issue has been handled. Despite repeated follow-ups, my money is still unresolved, and I haven’t received a satisfactory response or solution. The company needs to improve its communication, take responsibility for customer issues and resolve complaints promptly rather than keeping customers waiting.

The funds were successfully delivered to the recipient’s bank account, as reflected in the bank statement provided. The subsequent inability to access or withdraw those funds stems from a domestic hold/lien placed on the recipient’s bank account by local banking authorities in India after delivery. This action was not initiated or caused by Taptap Send. We understand that this situation has been frustrating, and we remain committed to communicating clearly and assisting where we can. However, once the funds have been successfully delivered to the recipient’s bank account, matters relating to restrictions or holds subsequently placed on that account fall outside Taptap Send’s control. We are still following up for you and will update you as soon as we receive any positive outcome.
