What a joke! Created an account, went through the entire process of sending ID verification. Transaction put on hold. A lady calls me and wanted more information. I sent the bank statement she requested. After about 5 minutes, she comes back and says my account is suspended. Account is 16 years old and has a 0 balance on it. Best part, she wouldn't tell me why they suspended my account. She did say that I had created an account previously, but I honestly don't recall doing that. Anyway, a company that can't tell me why they won't approve my account isn't someone of want to do business with, anyway. Can't give them more than one star, would do zero if I could.

Easy to use and pay.

Unbelievable! I created my account in the app, followed all their instructions, sent my identification, everything. I was then believable enough to depositing money into my account but when I went to send it, I couldn't be verified that it was me sending the money. It took 3 days to unlock my account and to be told to see a representative in person. I did that, but at the bank they wanted a transaction reference number. Failed transactions do not create a reference number. The representative at the bank told me to run the transaction again. I did, it failed again and with no number. They then said there was nothing they could do to help me. I wouldn't use this worthless company if they were the only company that transferred money. Oh! And to top it off, two weeks to get a paper check to get my money back. Did I tell you how worthless Moneygram is? Save yourself the anguish and use anyone else.
