Have had the blade machine for just over 2 years. No issues, worked really well until the cooling has now packed up. Here comes the warning to future buyers. I have spent well over £1... See more

NOT WORTH IT AVOID.
I purchased the beer sub less than 5 years ago.
BEERWULF's decision to no longer support it with 2l subs is poor. Now loads people will have a beer sub machine that cannot be used. Now its only good for the bin. What is to say they wont do this again with their other machine. Untrustworthy, this isn't an old technology or software update. This is blatant lack of honour and respect of their customer. POOR DECISION from them I will not make another poor decision to buy one of their products again!!
Many thanks for replying to my experience of Beerwulf Blade Machine. I would just like to reiterate that I will not be fixing my machine as I would personally have no confidence that once repaired the same problem wouldn't happen again. I therefore will just purchase another perfect draft machine (one of which I have had for at least 5 years with no problems whatsoever) and put this experience down to one of the many mistakes I have made in my life. As I say thank you kindly for your reply.
Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.
I rented a Beerwulf BLADE machine for a family funeral, only for the wrong item to be sent. Instead of the rental machine, I received an empty box because my order had apparently been processed incorrectly as an “Advanced Replacement.”
After contacting customer service, a replacement was arranged for delivery after the funeral. Unfortunately, that never arrived either. DPD claimed delivery couldn’t be completed because a PIN wasn’t provided, despite there being no delivery attempt, no contact, and no evidence to support this.
To make matters even more confusing, the tracking later showed the replacement being returned to Beerwulf before I had ever received it.
Beerwulf eventually admitted that their internal processes had failed and agreed to refund the rental. However, after all the inconvenience, the stress, the hours spent chasing updates, and missing the opportunity to use the machine for the funeral, the only goodwill offered was £20 store credit.
I was then asked to take the unopened 8L kegs to a DPD drop-off point myself, despite every issue being caused by Beerwulf and their courier, I thought I should just be refunded for these.
Sadly, based on this experience, I would not use Beerwulf again or recommend their BLADE rental service.
Excellent customer service and back up from the company and braiden the service adviser . Had a blade machine fail
On me just out of warranty (25 days ) . Contacted them and they really did a great job of sorting it out , got a replacement machine and a new keg . Great process and very professional . Thank you
The wrong kegs were sent to me, which happens - cider rather than my ordered beer - simple I thought, they will just exchange them. Oh no! Proof of the wrong delivery was required, (sent photo) then they want return of the wrong kegs first before they will even consider sending me my actual order. The fact that I won’t be in to have a courier collect their wrong delivery seems to pass them by. The fact that my actual (and paid for) order is on hold until I help them sort out their own c*ck-up also seems to pass them by. I’ve offered to leave the kegs for collection on my doorstep, but it seems they want me to take a day off work to help them rectify their own mistakes! Very frustrated and clearly not in keeping with UK distance selling law / consumer rights act, but no doubt I will just receive a ‘concerned’ response below with no action.
Update - thanks for the response; but you are missing the point. You are holding my correct delivery to ransom in an attempt to prevent loss of stock from your own incompetence. I can happily receive delivery of my correct kegs (neighbours are happy to take in, but not willing to be in for collection on my behalf). So go ahead and send me what I have paid for. I will arrange for collection when I’m back in the UK.
Update 2 - days later. Still refusing to complete my order and send me what I have paid for and ordered. Still demanding I go out of my way to return their kegs first before releasing my order. Not legal. Not pleasant people to deal with, and not a company I would recommend purchasing from.

Announced discontinuation of product and the subs to use existing product. Rendering all existing products in the market. Announcement came within a month or two of purchasing.
They offered no offers for pre existing customers to recycle and upgrade to other products.
Would never recommend to anyone and would never purchase another product from them again. Wasted so much money on a machine that barely got used because they discontinued the beer. The range got very limited in the run-out of the product.

I brought my beer wulf blade with kegs july 2023 and the guarantee ran out July 2025 costing around £600
So I’ve used only 3 kegs in this time and last summer it wasn’t cooling my wife emailed but they didn’t receive the emails and now I’m setting my bar up for this summer and trying to get it resolved .Beer wulf won’t do anything as it’s out of a 2 year warranty so they have given me a number to get repaired which will cost around £150 including delivery ,not sure what happens if the cooling system fells again ,I think there is a fault in this blade that have been made ,I don’t think I would recommend Beer wulf blade to anyone as there are a lot of bad reviews about the cooling system going wrong They should do something to see if there is a fault in this product Not Good

Bought a blade beer machine which isn’t cheap had dozens of kegs from this company which have been fine but the latest two keg of birra moretti just poured foam provided the company with all the information they required but said the second keg had pasted it’s expire date which it had of the day of the second complaint. No refund or compensation just got told there nothing they can do these things ain’t cheap and customers service is really poor, spent over a thousand pounds with this company and there totally not interested in keeping your customer. Stay away you been warned

Still no apology from beerwulf customer service agent 45 minute chat and the person on the chat refused point blank to apologise! Since o was on the chat I asked if my in warranty machine could be sorted as the green led light is not working (a know issue with blade owners) was told that would not a known issue and they have not been fixing users machines with that issue!! It’s not a big deal but I may as well get it sorted. Chat person said he can’t book my machine in and it will have to go for approval! So it’s seems the warranty only applies if they decide to. Finally after 2 days of pushing they have decided to replace my missing order! Something they really didn’t seem to want to do I asked for this to come out next day delivery but even though DPD offer this service beerwulf won’t send it out next day. To replace the order I should have got last week. It’s all stinks of a company that could not care less about customers! They don’t take complaints so I was informed and there is no way of escalating the issues to anyone (they really don’t care) so now I have to wait to see if they will honour their warranty and then it’s a 3 week repair time frame after they receive to e machine (machine gets send to and from them by DPD who seem to lose more parcels than they deliver)
No wonder beerwulf have such bad reviews and rating
No doubt a copy and paste response to this will soon follow instead of actually reaching out and saying sorry for their lack of service and improving how they deal with things!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Not even a phone number to call these guys on. Sent me a broken machine. The machine was delivered in 2 days the return? Well I’m still waiting they say it takes 10 days. Still no refund. Avoid these clowns.

Been generally pleased with kegs, delivery times and price other than frothing issues with Moretti that I never overcame. Today tried to fit a new Tiger keg in my machine. Chilled it first in fridge and pushed in yellow button as normal but when in inverted it to sit in my machine it just started pouring out beer and I couldn't stop it. Eventually taking it out and standing it back up stopped the flow but lots of hissing. Got in touch with Beerwulf support. Very longwinded but eventually through to man called Guillaume. It transpires the black nozzle was pushed in too far and i had to ease it out and then it stopped flowing. Lost several pints doing all that and then of course got just foam. Beerwulf reaction was no acceptance of issue with nozzle despite never happening to me before. No offer of compensation no apology for inconvenience. Instead they wanted video of beer frothing, had i chilled it, what temperature now, how did i set the pipe etc etc. In the end after many exchanges, I was offered just a £5 credit note to be used against future order despite the fact i had already paid for the beer i wasted because of their faulty nozzle. What a disgrace. So beware using Beerwulf if you expect good customer service - you wont get it!

I am increasingly frustrated by the decision of beerwulf not allowing the deliveries to be left safe.
I am rarely at home during the daytime and it’s proving very difficult to receive my orders.
I don't have this problem with perfect draft, as they have recognised that although it's Alchol, its supplied in keg form so not readily accessible without being installed in a machine

Received a sub machine for Christmas and bought one for my father in laws birthday. Had to send them to landfill within 2 years due to the greedy company discontinuing all product options instead of simply scaling down the range. Disgraceful. I would recommend Perfect Draft.

I've been very disappointed by Beerwulf. Firstly, they discontinued the Sub machine, announcing their decision to do so only months after we ordered it. They didn't offer any kind of replacement programme and the range of beers available quickly dropped off, although I must say the ones we could get were good.
Six months ago, when they completely stopped selling the torpedos, I contacted customer service and was promised a 50% refund on the cost of the machine. I confirmed my bank details (as they requested) on 31/12/2025. I finally received the refund yesterday some 55 emails with customer service later, having had my attempts to understand the delay frustrated regularly throughout the process.
Thankfully, the receipt of the refund means my engagement with Beerwulf is now at an end. If you're considering a home beer tap, I'd strongly suggest looking at alternative providers - it'll save you a great deal of hassle!

I have 2 beer machines . Went for beerwolf due to having larger volume in 1 keg. But a big mistake , in general most things are good , machine works well and beer is very good. But out of approx 20 kegs lve have 6 faulty ones which just pour beer constantly everywhere ! Then there is the delivery service when l first purchased the machine 4 years ago great service. Not now lve had 6 kegs fail to be delivered you have got to chase harass to get these credited or re delivered. ! Imagine waiting the beer for a party died by turn up them you’ve to take time out to send emails then resend them chase very very poor. Personally lll use my other machine and advise you guys to follow other suit on beer supply !
Very poor indeed

Unbelieveble. My wife gave me as present 2 yrs ago the stuff for 2 liters of beer. Now it is not more possible to buy the recharge. i can put all stuff in the bin.
Absurd could this happens in 2026
==++In response to your reasons stated below++==
this is a completely illegal practice, at least here in Italy. You cannot sell a product and then discontinue the refills required to use it.
We are preparing a class action together with consumer protection associations.
It is scandalous how large groups such as Heineken always try to throw their weight around against consumers.

Terrible customer service from Vitor on the Beerwulf CS team this week.
Been a customer for over 5 years, got two blade machines and spent a lot of money with the company in that time.
Put a keg of cruzcampo in for the bank holiday weekend and it wouldn’t pressurise transpires it’s got no bag inside the actual keg. Informed them and because it’s best before date was 20th May said they can’t do anything and that it’s my fault. Not sure a expiry date makes a bag disappear and the fact it was loaded on that date but only realised the next day and worked out the issue over the bank holiday weekend the earliest I could inform them was Tuesday the 26th. They also seem quick to tell people it’s a best before date and the beer is still fine after this in other posts on their Facebook page. Posted on their Facebook page and had the post declined as any bad messages here are quickly removed. Also told it’s impossible for there to be no bag inside and it’s a common misconception. Clearly it’s not as it’s happened twice and have the evidence.
Second bad keg in a matter of weeks with a keg of foam on a Brixton a week or so earlier. Maybe just bad luck but the service levels have left a very bad taste and will seriously consider just using my PD more. Also painful the way they know how many kegs you’ve purchased in that time but still try to make out its user error before actually admitting it’s a fault with their product.
When I pushed back and advised the be date has no bearing on my consumer rights they offered me a £10 voucher as a gesture of goodwill. The keg cost £35 so not sure where the goodwill is!

Bought a sub machine now you can't get the refills totally waisted my money. I have a working machine going in the bin which is bad for the environment. Absolutely disgusting DO NOT buy from these as will probably do the same again.

I contacted customer service regarding a discontinued item and found the entire experience incredibly frustrating.
After a few emails back and forth, if I didn’t reply within only a couple of days, I received further emails saying the case would be closed. It felt rushed and unhelpful rather than customer focused.
Following all of this, I was offered just £30 compensation. Considering I have spent hundreds on the machine itself, as well as continued purchases of beer kegs over time, the offer felt completely inadequate.
What is most disappointing is that this situation has not only lost the sale of one customer, but also the long term repeat business that comes with owning the product. I would have continued purchasing kegs regularly.
The overall customer service experience has been extremely poor and has completely damaged my confidence in the brand. I will now be switching to PerfectDraft instead.
Very disappointing experience and unfortunately not a company I could recommend going forward.
