Easy to use website. Large selection of beers with next day delivery. It's a thumbs-up from me!

Disappointed that the promised notification for I stock items never came, it was just by luck I noticed it and was able to order what I wanted.
Ordering is easy and keg returns are always collected on time. I read lots of comments about Yodal in the past 18 months that I have been using PD Yodal have been the best courier service that comes to us.
I am still waiting for Orchard Pig to come back in stock, and would like to see a dark porter type beer be put on your list.

Living in the Highlands, and all that entails with postage, and delivery etc, the PerfectDraft set up is very good for where I live.... It is very easy to book Keg Returns, where the courier driver will collect them from us - with the labels, and then on the ordering and delivery side, whenever I order anything, so far it has been delivered very quickly, and in good condition.

My last order, I did the whole process from returning kegs, to ordering kegs. From booking the keg return, getting credited with Beer Tokens, and re-ordering to delivery was 5 days, for which I raise a glass to to the PerfectDraft team, and their couriers. It is a very slick service.

The additional bonus was that I managed to use my Beer Tokens with a Halloween Offer Code, and got 2 x kegs of Saison Dupont, and a keg of Leffe Bruin for a very reasonable price....

Got the machine on offer as wanted to try as prefer draft to cans. Efficient delivery and easy to set up. Easy to order kegs and return. Good selection and really good the 0% kegs available as also taste better on draft. Liked the oktoberfest offers though sometimes find ones I want are out of stock. Not sure drip tray as effective so put machine on something if don't want to ruin your surface. Used for a bbq and everyone enjoyed it. Keep some prechilled ready to swap. The 3 keg order for free delivery wasn't a major issue as just means order more but less frequently. Finally would be great to have more uk craft beers 🍻

First time I’d used the Yodel Keg Return so a bit of confusion on what I sent to what they received but I’m sure that will sort itself out

Overall my experience since buying the PetfectDraft machine and around 18kegs of Peroni has been fantastic, I can not recommend this machine and the keg experience enough

Ordering is easy through the app, got an offer for free delivery on two kegs, took advantage, kegs delivered the next day, really pleased with the quality of the beer and the service provided by PD

Great service easy to order and quick on delivery

Not cheaper than pub prices if you take account of the cost of keeping the machine cold and without including the cost of buying the machine. Returns is a lot of a nuisance too. Send back 6 kegs and then they argue that you have only returned three. We have a Perfect Draft shop here in Stafford but I’m yet to find it open. Then they have a promotion and say order two kegs and choose your free glassware; then they ignore your choice and send you glasses that weren’t even on the list. When you send a complaint email, they don’t even respond. After being a regular customer and making frequent orders you don’t get any inclination that you are a valued customer; in fact, quite the opposite. The beer can also be quite cloudy. All in all, I’d recommend buying bottles.

Great beer quickly delivered

Delivery was fast and on time. The beers are good , however i do think that more beers could be available? For instance I recently purchased Tennents lager but can no longee order that. It's a real shame because it's a drink in really liked? Would love to see more popular beers and lagers, ie Carling, Tennents or kronenberg 1664.
Apart from that all good with perfect draft

Superb service, delivery within 48 hours, beers are excellent(I try to buy a new one now and again, but am guided by reviews), company are so good to deal with because customer satisfaction is clearly a priority.

Deals are very good and emails are enticing.

A great draft beer system and great tasting beers, but the chosen couriers are a complete let down. They don’t turn up at the promised time or date. When booking a keg return, the shops won’t take the parcel in because they don’t turn up to collect them. They leave parcels on the doorstep when you’ve asked them to put in a safe place. They once delivered two kegs when I’d ordered 3, had to get in touch with perfect draft customer service (who were great) to find out that my 3rd keg had been lost in transit. Lose in post, get a better courier service and you’ll get a 5 star review.

Ordered 3 various kegs on delivery thought the box was light , once opened there was only two kegs but the delivery note inside showed three , dont know whats going on in their warehouse and this has happened several times before sent a email hopefully they will get this sorted

Easy to order, was notified of a slight delay (1 day) in delivery, was compensated with £5 of beer tokens. Delivery was as advised and packages were in good order. Only criticism is not enough IPA's / Ales on offer.
