Trying to use a promotional discount…

Trying to use a promotional discount 20%off
Is unrealistic because it sends you to another link asking you to share the offer once you've done this it tells you you can no longer use the offer because you shared it ..so you now have to wait until someone you shared it with makes a purchase ..I suspect this scene play itself out forever and ever and ever and ever and...you get the picture?

I was a bit concerned ...

I was a bit concerned when my order was delivered to the wrong address, especially as I had opted for next day delivery.
Lauren C in customer service showed patience and understanding which goes a long way in supporting the customer and maintaining confidence in the brand

Parcel has been delivered somewhere but…

Parcel has been delivered somewhere but not to me ..also I paid for next day delivery..and it was even delivered a day late to the wrong address

I enjoy shopping with studio

I have had a problem with a cancelled order and it is now resolved... So the only thing I'm not happy with, is, its not really clear about the buy now pay later no interest account.. I thought I had opened this type of account and that would automatically apply to all items.. But it doesn't look that way.. Apart from that I like the products and offers from studio and enjoy shopping with them.
