Ordering online was easy, the expected delivery date was given and the company kept to that.
We had a bit of a mix up over my telephone number but every time I rang I was treated with the utmost courtesy.
The delivery was bang on the scheduled time given. The delivery men were extremely polite and helpful, putting the packages where I requested without a murmur, unlike other companies.
I am delighted with my parasol, which is sturdy, multi-positional and very attractive with the wood effect struts. It has brought many complimentary comments from friends and family.

Sorry to give this review, but my 3 cucumber plants arrived in a very sorry state, broken, completely dry and dead.
However I rang customer services and a very nice lady immediately refunded my money, without having to take photos etc.
I also appreciate the £10 voucher you have just sent.
All my other orders this year have been fine

I have bought many HugRugs because they are so hard wearing, attractive and do exactly as they are described. If there’s a problem, Leanne is always there for support.

Easy ordering. Clear guide to measuring sofa to ensure correct fit. Order delivered on time, well packed. Cover was a super fit. The velvet covers I received were as described, soft, perfect fit, easy to wipe clean, and have so far resisted the dogs, all for a reasonable price. I will order again.

The linen blend duvet cover and pillowcases were so wonderful to sleep in, especially in the current hot weather that I then bought another set!
The bedding was well made and washes so well. It is also correct that they become softer overtime.
The addition of a 15% discount was very welcome. I have since ordered a set for my daughter.

I have not ordered any replacement sofa covers from Comfortly yet. I did order samples which I had to chase up to get these delivered. I would have liked to talk to someone and despite various emails I could not get anyone to talk to me, apparently they were having trouble with a communication link.
I won’t be ordering replacement covers from them as I don’t trust what they said. Not impressed.

Our driver has been delivering to us for some time now. He is always polite and helpful, willing to carry heavy parcels and is always friendly and smiley. It’s a pleasure to have him deliver to us.

Sweetcorn plants order was resent after I had to ring and complain that I hadn’t received them. That part went really well, very satisfied with a quick reorder.
Unfortunately plants arrived upside down, broken stems, soil everywhere. Disappointed with their condition. First time for disappointment this Spring.

The sofa set that I ordered was extremely good value having been reduced by £400.
The set itself is well made, stylish and comfortable with various options to convert from a sofa into a day bed. I am very pleased with it.

The customer service given to me by Leanne was incredible. I sent photos of my rug which had started shedding when I put it in a different position.
Leanne did not quibble at all but sent me a replacement the next day
My new rug was delivered a day later, and is now in place.
