Top quality and costumer service!
Brilliant business idea, bringing new life and many more years of good use for our old Ikea furniture. Website is informative, making it easy to choose the right cover, costumer service was fast and helpful (they immediately refunded when I stupidly placed the same order twice), and the sofa cover I ended up ordering was beautiful, very well made, and good quality. Free fabric samples made it possible to know exactly what to order.

The finished covers were much lighter than the sample, and didnt have enough thickness or stretch to be appropriate for the shape of the sofa. total waste of money.

Fits great
Fits great, but I’m disappointed that the fabric isn’t the same as my old cover. The new one seems thinner and smooth fabric as opposed to the original. I would have paid more for a fabric similar to the original. Love the new color and the ease of replacing the old cover.

Ordered 6 Henriksdal chair covers
Ordered 6 Henriksdal chair covers, linen blend oat beige. After a long wait, the order arrived. The fabric is nice but very thin. Unfortunately the covers are too big (despite the measurements sent) making them unusable. Contacted customer service yesterday, hopefully they will offer a solution.
Update: a week later, still no solution from customer service.

The covers fit really well. They are well made. I just did not expect, when selecting 100% linen, that the underside of the covers would be 100% polyester. Please make that clear in the description. I just want natural fibres in my house and now I still have half a polyester couch... Won't buy here again even though the covers are beautiful and well made

The visible parts of the covers are made from pure, high-quality linen. This also includes all areas that come into contact with the skin. The only polyester element is the section located underneath the seat cushions. It is not visible during everyday use and does not come into contact with the skin. The use of this material in that particular area is related to the construction and sewing technology of the cover.
That said, we truly appreciate your suggestion and agree that this information should be communicated more clearly. We will take your feedback on board and work on introducing an alternative for customers who want every part of their cover, including the hidden sections, to be made entirely from natural fibres.
Since you are happy with the quality and fit of the covers themselves, please feel free to contact us. We can prepare a fully natural-fibre version for you as an individual custom order. And perhaps by the time you are looking for your next cover, such an option will already be available in our regular collection.

I ordered two covers for my poang
I ordered two covers for my poang. The company asked me for pictures in order to make sure of the type of poang!!! There was a bit of a delay regarding the difficulty of my actual address,which honestly is on me. The packaging was perfect,the covers as well and a gift!
Overall Iam very satisfied and impressed by the professionalism of the companys representative. I will order again in the near future.

Amazing customer service who was able to tell me what cover I needed for my sofa after I sent a photo of it as I didn't know what the sofa was. The cover fits like a glove, the quality is amazing and feels a lot more expensive than it is. It has given our sofa a new lease of life and it looks like a brand new one!
