From the call for assistance through to the resolution, RMC were really impressive.

Communication from the young lady who received my plea for help was excellent and she kept me advised with calls and texts. Response time was 20mins, with resolution within an hour and I was on my way once again.....faultless

My only observation for an improvement (although this is to do with supply chain), would be that I felt the operative who attended could have taken more care of others property.

However, this was not enough to affect the 5 stars given
