They stocked my favourites. I received an email advising of tracking a number which I find useful. Items received well packaged. The goods do not come in the Molton Brown box/bags like you would find in their boutique shops. This wasn't an issue for me

Received renewal breakdown cover for my car. The premium has increased by 50%. I telephoned to find the reason why & was told as my car is 1 year older it now goes into another category. I have my car serviced on a regular basis & have been with AXA for a number of years & have never needed to use the breakdown service. I have found I can get the same cover for a lower price. I will not be renewing this policy,
