New front porch face and composite door installed. Was kept up to date regarding installation date. Happy with product. 2 guys who carried out installation were polite and friendly. Did a good job.
Only one point I was not particularly happy with was the quote they said would be valid for 12 months was approx £1,500 more than price they would give after “discounts” were applied if I agreed to the purchase on the day. Sales guy did say on this occasion I did not have to pay a deposit if I had any concerns, but I agreed to pay the usual deposit,
Overall happy with product, job completed and don’t have any significant complaint against the company.

Very quick delivery. The item was good quality but had to be returned due to being too small. However, my refund was processed very quickly without any problems.

The cupboard stored meals are nice, but I’m disappointed to see some of these items are no longer available. The new chilled meals are not suitable for somebody with Alzheimer’s who lives on their own as they can’t remember to keep them in fridge and use within 21 days. This is the case for my mother, and she can’t cook any more so the cupboard stored meals are ideal for her as she can still use her microwave.
I think it would be good if all the cupboard meal range were available as before, as well as the chilled meals, and this would accommodate everybody.
