Still waiting for our £ 3000 deposit from may 2023 and yes we cancelled within the 7 days cancellation period so they can't use that as an excuse, we have contacted this company on multiple occasions even sent recorded letters and also got intouch with the ombudsman and yet we are still waiting, we've even had the managing director Mr Raymond Brown saying it will be with you and surprise surprise we are still waiting, and don't get me started with sam his attitude towards customers is absolutely disgusting I bet he's not as cocky if met in person, there is absolutely no way people give this company more than one star unless it's the workers, family members or friends that's writing the posts about how great they are, and I bet when they read this review they say oh we have no record etc but if they want me to post the receipts on hear trust me I will and also the name of the sales woman, just pay me back what you owe and that is £ 3000, also why doesn't it let you go back as far a may 2023 when writing this review is it because again the company has gone into liquidation and that's why we're not getting our money back

Stole £500 and have yet to refund from 2022.
Fraudsters and criminals

Desperately trying to get hold of someone from this company. My neighbour has had her conservatory roof replaced by this company. She has a paper guarantee. The roof is leaking but can’t get hold of anyone. Who are we supposed to contact when we suspect they have gone out of business?

This company has gone into liquidation and the dissolution of their assets (which I’m sure are none existent) is being handled by a liquidation company. We were notified of this as a creditor since they had also refused to refund our deposit so owed us the deposit money. It’s highly unlikely anyone will get their deposit back.

Nearly twelve months now since Just Glass took my £300 deposit, then they cancelled the contract but have not returned the deposit.
I know I am not alone.
Do you think that I will get my money back this year?

Awful replaced window but didn’t sort the frames out they way they sold the job as first fitters that came didn’t care just messed about damaging things not improving. Was sold other work to be done but don’t trust them to come out being harassed and pressured into giving them more money. Told they are going into liquidation but want to sign the contract over to another name feels so wrong

I had a lady come round regarding my windows and doors, she was very polite and helpful. I signed up for new windows and doors, but I had some news which meant I had to cancel my order. Which I did this within the correct time it stated on my documents. I have been trying to get my deposit for 10 months (2/3/2023) I must have sent 11 emails and phoned around 8 times and yet I get the director will be in touch (nothing yet)
They might be good at installing the product but their customer service has a lot to be desired.

Do not use this company ever or anyone related to it they take your deposit and never return

Scaffolding still up outside my house 3 weeks after glass fitted !!!!!

Contacted firm to remove said scaffolding not heard anything !!

Came out on 27/6/23 to quote me took £670 deposit came and surveyed on 30/6/23.
Installation date was 12/7/23 but they didn’t turn up was rebooked for 21/7/23 but turned up late afternoon on 20/7/23 to say they can’t do the job! After a couple of calls finally on the 24/7/23 I get informed that they didn’t do the job as they had missed out putting scaffolding on the quote and if I wanted the work done I would need to pay £800 more! (This is in breach of their own terms) I couldn’t afford this sum (as you have to pay outright) they refuse to give me a refund! (The guy on the phone even laughed at me when I asked for a refund) One of the directors even had the cheek to tell me he was “trying to resolve this matter quickly “ that was 2 months ago!

Update, now December and still no refund! So over 4 months and still no refund and they won’t do the job either!

Early this year, they (not me) cancelled my order after I refused to pay an extra £500 more than I agreed with the salesperson.
As to the £300 deposit however, they promised to return it, but now, eight months later, I am still waiting.
Don’t give this company your hard earned money.

First installation went very well but then was talked into reviewing rest of house (porch and conservatory). Paid deposit (£950) but, next day, surveyor said the work that the salesman had promised could not be done.
I immediately cancelled but they presented the cheque, which I had already cancelled but the bank honoured (another story). 4 months now and no hint of refund. Avoid this Company.

Been waiting over 5 moths for refund £150. after sales service not interested all they say is that its up to the MD to issue refunds Mr Ryan Brown , sent 6 emails requesting refund and 6phone calls each tim reply he is out of the office looking at other reviews other customers eem to be in same situation

Previously purchased my windows, paid on the day they were fitted had to ring and ask for my guarantee 6 weeks later. Very Slack admin! Then got a quote from sales man Andrew for gutters, fascias, downpipes where he said all felt would be replaced, explained the full process. I got my other 3 neighbours to sign up because of what the sales pitch that was given to us all. My first two neighbours had there's done first and on the morning of the work were told they weren’t fitting felt. Several phone calls to the sales man followed and they said fine they would fit it. Some 8 weeks later, mine and my other neighbour had scaffolding put up. A phone call on the monday evening from John in admin saying builders would be in the following morning and how was I going to pay. bacs transfere. Then he followed by saying they weren’t going to fit the felt because the survey didn't say we needed it!!!
The surveyer never even got up a ladder to check it say how he could say that was beyond me! Mmmmm said if it were to be replaced and didn't need it then it would leak! I may be female but I'm by NO means stupid. I kept my calm waited until the following day when the builders said why are you not having felt? I informed I was told they weren’t fitting it the night before but after speaking with trading standards that morning, they stated it was sold to all 6 people with the full description of what would happen and as such this should be carried out as they were renaging on the contract even thought not written down the full explanation and extent of the work to be done by the sales man was sufficient because we all signed up. Following several phone calls they agreed to do it for both, first stated in there words "just do hers" (i have a name) builders refused and said they do both. I'll cut this short could go on for ever. Harrased and attempts to bully for the money, my neighbour was pressured so paid the same day I stated I would pay mine by the end of the weekend, accounts want it now! Well your admin office pissed me off, tried to do half a job refused to send me the surveys report, rude, abrasive, need a refresher in customer services and to get up to date with the TRADING STANDARDS law. As I did the following morning. I would advise that no one purchases from this company in the future. Work men independent and decent. Office staff lacking in manners, knowing how to speak to other people, attempts at bullying and full of lies!! Nothing good to say about the office, management and accounts and I make NO apology for what I have written because it's all true and this is only half the diabolical story.

One panel glass broke on journey here immediately rebooked with us and fitted within days
All joiners pleasant and efficient would recommend their services to others

Just Glass admit that they owe me £1,000 from April last year, I took them to Court, won the case and issued them with a SD2 for immediate payment, to date I have received NOTHING from them, as a result I have sent a whole case file to Companies House with details. My advice to everyone is DO NOT USE OR PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY...!!! UPDATE..!!! Raymond Brown has applied to "Liquidate" Just Glass LTD and his other Company "GrangeFarm2022 Ltd" will be struck off on the 23rd November, we now know the extent of the Rip Off by Raymond Brown is over SIX figures, I have a File of all his other interests which I will be forwarding to the DPP and HMRC as its now clear that this is not a small fraud..!!
