Managed to sign me up for an account with some random girl that doesn’t live at my house and are now pursuing me for money! Total con merchants do they not even check peoples addresses!

Came out on 27/6/23 to quote me took £670 deposit came and surveyed on 30/6/23.
Installation date was 12/7/23 but they didn’t turn up was rebooked for 21/7/23 but turned up late afternoon on 20/7/23 to say they can’t do the job! After a couple of calls finally on the 24/7/23 I get informed that they didn’t do the job as they had missed out putting scaffolding on the quote and if I wanted the work done I would need to pay £800 more! (This is in breach of their own terms) I couldn’t afford this sum (as you have to pay outright) they refuse to give me a refund! (The guy on the phone even laughed at me when I asked for a refund) One of the directors even had the cheek to tell me he was “trying to resolve this matter quickly “ that was 2 months ago!
Stay away from these people
Update, now December and still no refund! So over 4 months and still no refund and they won’t do the job either!

Didn’t turn up for installation, rebooked then turned up said they couldn’t do the job as they hadn’t done the scaffolding then tried to charge me an extra £800 on top of original quote! Job not done and they won’t give me back my £670 deposit despite breaching their own terms and conditions! Stay away from these people!!
